-देहरादून डेंगू कंट्रोल रूम का 104 सेवा के साथ होगा समन्वय, राज्य के सभी अस्पतालों में डेंगू मरीजों की स्थिति की मिलेगी जानकारी

द नेशनल न्यूज, देहरादून। डेंगू के बढ़ते मामलों के बीच शासन-प्रशासन पूरी तरह से मुस्तैद है। स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ आर राजेश कुमार समीक्षा बैठकों के साथ ही ग्रांउड जीरो पर जाकर अस्पतालों में हालातों का जायजा ले रहे हैं। आज रविवार को छुट्टी के दिन भी स्वास्थ्य सचिव पूरी तरह से मुस्तैद नजर आये। उन्होंने स्वास्थ्य अधिकारियों के साथ कोरोनेशन-गांधी जिला चिकित्सालय का औचक निरीक्षण किया। जिला अस्पताल में इमरजेंसी की व्यवस्थाओं पर उन्होंने नाराजगी जाहिर की। वहीं सेंट्रल पैथोलॉजी के बंद हाने पर उन्होंने अधिकारियों को फटकार लगाते हुए पैथोलॉजी को व्यवस्थित तरीके से प्रतिदिन खोलने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने निर्देश दिये कि रात्रि 8 बजे तक मरीजों की ब्लड सैंपल रिपोर्ट ली जाये। वहीं उन्होंने अस्पताल में भर्ती मरीजों और उनके तीमारदारों से अस्पताल में मिल रहे इलाज और सुविधाओं को लेकर भी बात की। इलाज को लेकर मरीजों की विभिन्न शिकायत पर उन्होंने संबधित अधिकारियों को व्यवस्थाओं को जल्द सुचारू करने के निर्देश दिये। स्वास्थ्य सचिव में औचक निरीक्षण में स्वास्थ्य महानिदेशक डॉ विनीता शाह, सीएमओ देहरादून डॉ संजय जैन, सहायक निदेशक स्वास्थ्य महानिदेशालय डॉ मंयक बडोला, दून मेडिकल कॉलेज से डॉ महेन्द्र पंत, डॉ अजय नागरकर, नगर स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ अविनाश खन्ना मौजूद रहे।
गांधी अस्पताल में शुरू होगा 100 बैड का डेंगू वार्ड
इसके बाद स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ आर राजेश कुमार का काफिला गंाधी अस्पताल पहुंचा। जहां उन्होंने अस्पताल के निरीक्षण के पाया कि यहां लगभग 100 बैड का डेंगू वार्ड शुरू किया जा सकता है। जिसको लेकर उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि अगले 24 घंटे में गांधी शताब्दी अस्पताल में मरीजों की सुविधा के लिए डेंगू वार्ड शुरू किया जाये। स्वास्थ्य सचिव ने गांधी अस्पताल में खुल ब्लड स्टोरेज सेंटर को पूर्णकालिक ब्लड बैंक में तब्दील करने के निर्देश अधिकारियों को दिये ताकि मरीजों को रक्त की कमी न हो।
कंट्रोल रूम का 104 के साथ होगा समन्वय
कोरोनेशन और गांधी अस्पताल के बाद स्वास्थ्य सचिव अपनी टीम के साथ सहस्रधारा आईटीडीए में स्थापित डेंगू कंट्रोल रूम पहुंचे। जहां उन्होंने तमाम व्यवस्थाओं का निरीक्षण किया। स्वास्थ्य सचिव ने कहा राज्य के सभी जिलों से सूचाओं को आदना प्रदान हो सके इसकेक लिए डेंगू कंट्रोल रूम और 104 सेवा का आपसी समन्वय होगा। जिसके बाद राज्य में डेंगू मरीजों के प्रतिदिन का आंकड़ा जारी किया जायेगा। हम सूचना तंत्र को मजबूत बनाकर जरूरतमंदों को समय पर इलाज मिले इस पर कार्य कर रहे हैं।
फागिंग को और अधिक प्रभावी बनाने के निर्दश
स्वास्थ्य सचिव ने नगर निगम अधिकारियों को निर्दश दिये कि फोगिंग को पहले की अपेक्षा और अधिक प्रभावी बनाया जाये। नोटिफिएड इलाकों में बार-बार फोगिंग की जाये। इसके साथ ही घरों में डेंगू का लार्वा जमा न हो इसको लेकर जन जागरूकता अभियान लगातार जारी रखा जाये।
अधिक पैसे वसूलने वालों पर होगी कार्रवाई
राज्य में डेंगू मरीजों को समुचित इलाज मिले इसको लेकर स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ आर राजेश कुमार के नेतृत्व में प्रशासन पूरी तरह से सक्रिय है। स्वास्थ्य सचिव राज्य के सभी अस्पतालों से लगातार फीड बैक ले रहे हैं। अस्पतालों में दवाईयों व अन्य किसी प्रकार के उपकरणों की कोई कमी न हो इसको लेकर अधिकारियों को दिशा निर्देश जारी किये गये हैं। स्वास्थ्य सचिव ने कहा सरकारी के साथ निजी अस्पतालों का भी निरीक्षण किया जा रहा है। जहां से भी शिकायतें आ रही हैं उन पर कार्रवाई की जा रही है। डेंगू मरीजों को आयुष्मान के तहत इलाज न देने वाले अस्पतालों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की जायेगी।
ई-रक्तकोश पोर्टल को अपडेट रखने के निर्देश
स्वास्थ्य सचिव ने जानकारी देते हुए कहा हर दिन सुबह शाम ई-रक्तकोष पोर्टल में डेटा एकत्र किया जायेगा। इसके होने से अगले दिन हमें रक्त की पूरी जानकारी मिल जायेगी। कितनी कमी है किस ब्लड ग्रुप के रक्त की ज्यादा डिमांड है। उसके अनुरूम हमें व्यवस्थाओं को बनाने में मदद मिलेगी।
डेंगू पीड़ितों के लिए करें रक्तदान
स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ आर राजेश कुमार ने कहा डेंगू से गंभीर रूप से पीड़ित मरीजों को प्लेटलेट चढ़ाने की जरूरत पड़ रही है। बीमारी के दौरान खून में प्लेटलेट की संख्या 50 हजार से कम होने लगे तो खतरा बढ़ जाता है और आम तौर पर डाक्टर अस्पताल में भर्ती होने का सुझाव देते हैं।ज्यादातर अस्पतालों में ब्लड प्लेटलेट की मांग बहुत बढ़ गई है और उसकी उपलब्धता बहुत कम है। इसकी आपूर्ति के लिए जरूरी है कि हम स्वैच्छिक रक्तदान करें जिससे कि गंभीर रूप से बीमार लोगों की जान बचाई जा सके। स्वास्थ्य सचिव ने कहा उन्होंने खुद एक मरीज की जान बचाने के लिए कुछ समय पूर्व रक्तदान किया था। आम जनता से अपील करते हुए कहा कि स्वैच्छिक रक्तदान को आगे आयें।
