नागपुर-महाराष्ट्र के नागपुर में दो घंटे के भीतर एक नाबालिग लड़की को दो बार दरिंदों ने अपनी हवस का शिकार बनाया. घर से झगड़कर निकली लड़की के साथ चार ऑटोरिक्शा ड्राइवर समेत छह लोगों ने गैंगरेप की वारदात को अंजाम दिया. लड़की झगड़े के बाद निकली अपने घर से निकली और इन आरोपियों के चंगुल में आ गई. पुलिस ने तीन आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है. पुलिस के मुताबिक, अनुसूचित जाति समुदाय से ताल्लुक रखने वाली लड़की बहस के बाद घर से निकली थी. उसके एक दोस्त ने उसे अपने ऑटोरिक्शा में लोहापुल इलाके में छोड़ दिया, जहां उसकी मुलाकात एक ऑटोरिक्शा चालक से हुई, जिसकी पहचान बाद में शाहनवाज उर्फ सना मोहम्मद राशिद (25) के रूप में हुई.
पुलिस अधिकारी ने कहा कि लड़की ने शाहनवाज से पैसे और आश्रय के साथ मदद करने का अनुरोध किया. पुलिस का कहना है, ‘उसे आश्रय प्रदान करने के बहाने शाहनवाज उसे अपने ऑटोरिक्शा में एक अवैध शराब की दुकान पर ले गया जहां उसने शराब पी और लड़की को पीने के लिए मजबूर किया.’ फिर वह उसे दो लोगों के किराए के कमरे में ले गया, जो नागपुर रेलवे स्टेशन पर तिमकी इलाके में लोडर के रूप में काम करते हैं, जहां शाहनवाज, उसके दोस्त मोहम्मद तौसिफ मोहम्मद यूसुफ (26) और दो लोडर ने कथित तौर पर उसके साथ बलात्कार किया था. इस मामले में एफआईआर दर्ज कर ली गई है. बाद में शाहनवाज लड़की को अपने तिपहिया वाहन से मेयो अस्पताल चौक ले गया और वहीं छोड़ गया. पुलिस अधिकारी ने बताया कि उसके वहां से जाने के बाद दो अन्य ऑटोरिक्शा चालक लड़की के पास पहुंचे और उसे जबरन अपने तिपहिया में ले गए, जहां उन्होंने उसके साथ बलात्कार किया.
यहां सरकारी रेलवे पुलिस (जीआरपी) की एक गश्ती टीम ने उसे देखा. कुछ गड़बड़ होने का शक होने पर जीआरपी कर्मियों ने उसे विश्वास में लिया और फिर बाल देखभाल केंद्र को सौंप दिया. पुलिस ने कहा कि जीआरपी ने रविवार को मोमिनपुरा इलाके के सभी निवासी शाहनवाज, यूसुफ और मोहम्मद मुशीर (23) को गिरफ्तार कर सीताबुलडी पुलिस को सौंप दिया.
