ऋषिकेश (दीपक राणा) । तीर्थ नगरी ऋषिकेश में सगे बाप ने अपनी 4 साल की मासूम बच्ची को बनाया अपनी हवस का शिकार। प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार दयानंद आश्रम के निकट शीशम झाड़ी मुनी की रेती में मां अपनी एक 4 साल की बेटी को कमरे में छोड़कर छत पर कपड़े सुखाने गई। वहीं इसी बीच उस बच्ची का सगा पिता आ पहुचा और उसने अपनी ही 4 साल की मासूम बेटी को हवस का शिकार बना डाला। स्थानीय लोगों को पता चलने पर पुलिस को सूचना दी गई । सूचना मिलने पर मुनी की रेती थाना प्रभारी कमल मोहन जोशी ने घटना की पुष्टि करते हुए कहा की क्षेत्र में रविवार की सुबह एक 4 वर्षीय बालिका के साथ उसके ही पिता द्वारा ही दुष्कर्म की घटना को अंजाम दिया गया घटना के वक्त बच्ची की मां घर के छत पर कपड़े सुखा रही थी । उसने बच्ची की चीख सुनी तो वह कमरे में पहुंची मौके पर बच्चे का पिता बच्ची से गलत हरकत करते हुए देखा। तो मां के द्वारा हल्ला मचाने पर स्थानीय लोग इकट्ठा हो गए और जब उन्हें पता चला तो उन्होंने पिता को दबोच लिया और पिटाई कर दी इसी बीच पिता स्थानीय लोगों की चुंगल से बचकर फरार हो गया लोगों ने बच्ची को राजकीय चिकित्सालय ऋषिकेश भर्ती करवाया वहीं डॉक्टरों ने बच्ची का मेडिकल परीक्षण करने के बाद यौन शोषण और रेप की पुष्टि की है बच्ची के गुप्तांगो में गहरी चोट आई है। फिलहाल चिकित्सक बच्ची के उपचार में जुटे हैं चिकित्सकों के मुताबिक फिलहाल बच्ची खतरे से बाहर है । फिलहाल आरोपी पिता को मुखबिर की सूचना पर मुनी की रेती पुलिस ने त्रिवेणी घाट ऋषिकेश से गिरफ्तार कर लिया है ।
