रुद्रप्रयाग (संवाददाता)। तिलवाड़ा-सौंराखाल मोटर मार्ग पर वाहन चालक की लापरवाही से हुई एक व्यक्ति की मौत के मामले में जिला न्यायालय ने फैसला सुनाया है। जिला न्यायाधीश हरीश गोयल ने अभियुक्त अंकित नेगी को धारा 304ए में 6 माह की सजा एवं 9 हजार का अर्थदंड और धारा 279 में 3 माह की सजा एवं 1 हजार के अर्थदंड से दंडित किया है। मामले में शासकीय अधिवक्ता सुदर्शन सिंह चौधरी ने पैरवी की।घटनाक्रम के मुताबिक 17 मई 2019 को दोपहर 1 बजे तिलवाड़ा सौराखाल मोटर मार्ग पर स्थान जय नगर के पास वाहन चालक अंकित नेगी के वाहन को आयुष बर्त्वाल द्वारा गाड़ी को हाथ देकर रोका गया। वाहन चालक द्वारा आयुष बर्त्वाल, हिमांशु एवं आदित्य को वाहन के छत में बैठने को कहा गया, जिसमें आयुष और हिमांशु छत पर बैठ गए जबकि आदित्य छत पर बैठ ही रहा था, कि इतने में वाहन चालक/अभियुक्त अंकित नेगी द्वारा वाहन को तेजी से आगे बढ़ा दिया गया, जिससे आदित्य छत से नीचे सड़क पर गिर गया और वह गंभीर घायल हो गया। घायल आदित्य को उपचार के लिए जिला चिकित्सालय लाए कि इस दौरान उसकी मौत हो गई। वाहन चालक के विरुद्ध वादी भूप सिंह द्वारा मुकदमा पंजीकृत कराया गया। अभियुक्त के खिलाफ विवेचना के दौरान विवेचक द्वारा आईपीसी धारा 279, 304 ए में मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट के सम्मुख आरोप पत्र प्रस्तुत किए गए। विचारण के दौरान न्यायालय द्वारा अभियुक्त अंकित नेगी को 23 मई 2019 को दोषी पाते दो अलग अलग धाराओं में सजा सुनाई गई। इस फैसले के विरुद्ध अभियुक्त ने जिला न्यायालय में अपील की। जिला न्यायालय में दोनों पक्षों की दलील सुनने के बाद जिला न्यायाधीश हरीश गोयल ने फैसला सुनाते हुए अंकित नेगी को आईपीसी की धारा 304ए में 6 माह की सजा एवं 9 हजार का अर्थदंड एवं आईपीसी की धारा 279 में 3 माह का कारावास एवं 1 हजार के अर्थदंड से दंडित करने का फैसला सुनाया गया। सरकार की ओर से शासकीय अधिवक्ता सुदर्शन सिंह चौधरी ने पैरवी की।
