देहरादून (सू0वि0) । मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा है कि महिलाओं से संबंधित अपराधों में पुलिस जांच त्वरित और समयबद्ध तरीके से सुनिश्चित की जाए। ऐसे मामलों की विवेचना में किसी प्रकार की कमी न रहने पाए। साथ ही न्यायालयों में भी प्रभावी पैरवी सुनिश्चित की जाए। ताकि अपराधी किसी दशा में बचने न पाएं। प्रदेश में ऐसा माहौल बने कि कोई भी अपराध करने की सोच भी न पाएं। मुख्यमंत्री ने शनिवार को सचिवालय में राज्य में महिला सुरक्षा एवं सशक्तिकरण के सबंध में अधिकारियों के साथ समीक्षा बैठक की। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने पुलिस कंट्रोल रूम में बात कर जन शिकायतों के निस्तारण के लिए की जा रही कार्यवाही की जानकारी भी ली। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हर थाने में महिला सब इंस्पेक्टर की तैनाती हो। महिला मित्र प्रकोष्ठ की स्थापना की जाए। महिला के प्रति अपराधों को रोकने के लिए जन सहभागिता भी जरूरी है। महिलाओं से जुड़े संगठनों से नियमित सम्पर्क रखा जाए। सिस्टम इस प्रकार का हो कि महिलाओं का इसके प्रति विश्वास बढ़े और वे अपनी शिकायतें बिना संकोच के दर्ज करा सकें। महिला अपराधों से संबंधित शिकायतों पर तुरंत कार्यवाही हो। शिकायतकर्ता महिलाओं से भी समयसमय पर फीडबैक लिया जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिये कि पुलिस की वेबसाइट पर अपराधियों के नामों की लिस्ट अपलोड की जाए। महिला अपराधों से संबंधित मामलों की जनपदों में जिलाधिकारी स्तर पर लगातार समीक्षा की जाए। विवेचना और पैरवी में कमी पाए जाने पर तत्काल दूर की जाएं। बैठक में जानकारी दी गई कि सीएम हेल्पलाईन में पिछले 10 माह में जो शिकायतें दर्ज हुई, उनमें से 12 प्रतिशत शिकायतों का निस्तारण किया जा चुका है। इस अवसर पर अपर मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी, डीजीपी अशोक कुमार, सचिव आर. मीनाक्षी सुंदरम, शैलेश बगोली, अरविन्द सिंह ह्यांकी, रविनाथ रमन, एडीजी वी. मुरूगेशन, आईजी ए.पी. अशुमान, अपर सचिव गृह रिद्धिम अग्रवाल, डीआईजी गढ़वाल के. एस. नगन्याल, डीआईजी सेंथिल अबुदई, पी रेनुका देवी, जिलाधिकारी देहरादून सोनिका, एस.एस.पी देहरादून दलीप सिंह कुंवर, वर्चुअल माध्यम से गढ़वाल कमिश्नर सुशील कुमार एवं सभी जिलाधिकारी एवं एस.एस.पी उपस्थित थे।
