देहरादून (संवाददाता)। इन दिनों प्रदेश के ऊंचाई वाले क्षेत्रों में हो रही भारी बर्फबारी के मद्देनजर सरकार ने बर्फबारी से प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में तीन महीने का राशन भेजने का निर्णय लिया है। जिससे आम आदमी को मुश्किलों का सामना न करना पड़े। इस आशय की जानकारी मुख्यमंत्री के मुख्य सचिव राजीव रौतेला द्वारा दी गयी है। रौतेला ने बताया कि जिस तरह मानसून से पूर्व पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में सड़कों के टूटने और भूस्खलन के कारण रास्तों के बंद होने के चलते आवागमन बाधित हो जाता है उसके मद्देनजर मानसून से पहले पहाड़ी और दुर्गम क्षेत्रों में राशन की भंडारण व्यवस्था को दुरूस्त किया जाता है ठीक उसी तरह शीतकाल में भी बर्पक्तबारी के कारण कई हिस्सों में आवागमन मुश्किल हो जाता है उन्होने कहा कि ज्यादा बर्फबारी के कारण जहंा ट्रांसपोर्ट प्रभावित होने की संभावनाएं है उन क्षेत्रों को चिन्हित किया जा रहा है। जिसके लिए सभी पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों के जिलाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये जा चुके है। रौतेला का कहना है कि जिन क्षेत्रों में बर्फबारी होने के कारण यातायात बाधित होने की संभावनाएं है उन तमाम क्षेत्रों में तीन महीने का एडवांस राशन भंडारण करने के निर्देश अधिकारियो को दे दिये गये है। जिससे शीतकाल में लोगों को खाघान्न की समस्या से न जूझना पड़े। उल्लेखनीय है कि अभी राज्य में मौसम के पहले हिमपात के बाद ही राज्य के कई क्षेत्रों में भारी बर्फबारी हुई है। जबकि चारों धामों में नवम्बर माह में ही मौसम पूर्व हुई बर्फबारी देखने को मिली थी। खास तौर से उत्तरकाशी रूद्रप्रयाग, चमोली और पिथौरागढ़ में मौसम के पहले हिमपात के दौरान ही भारी बर्फबारी होने से जन जीवन प्रभावित हुआ है। बागेेश्वर, अल्मोड़ा और नैनीताल में भी बीते दो दिनो में बर्फबारी हुई है। जिससे जहंा एक ओर सैलानियों की आवक बढ़ी है तथा फसलों को फायदा हुआ है वहीं आवागमन भी प्रभावित हुआ है। कड़ाके की सर्दी में खाघान्न व बिजली की आपूर्ति का सुचारू रहना जरूरी है।
