मुंबई। देशभर में कोरोना के मामले तेजी से बढ़ रहे हैं। 10 जनवरी 2022 तक मुंबई के सभी कोविड नर्सिंग होम और निजी अस्पतालों को कोविड जनरल बेड और आईसीयू वार्ड के साथ ऑक्सीजन बेड को कोविड मरीजों के लिए खाली करवाना होगा। मुंबई के २४ वार्ड में ऐसे प्राइवेट असपतालों को पूरी सूची बीएमसी ने जारी की है और इन वार्ड के नर्सिंग होम और निजी अस्पतालों में बेड की संख्या भी निर्धारित और चिंहित की गई है। आदेश जारी कर दिया गया है कि अब सभी प्राइवेट अस्पताल को किसी भी कोविड के मरीज़ को भर्ती करने के पहले क्चरूष्ट की अनुमति लेनी होगी। बीएमसी का वॉर रूम तय करेगा कि किस मरीज को अस्पताल में बेड देना है किसे नहीं- हर वार्ड के वार्ड अफसर यानी एएमसी को उस वार्ड का इंचार्ज बनाया गया है। साथ ही डिजास्टर मैनेजमेंट के डायरेक्टर और कोविड टास्क फोर्स के प्राइवेट अस्पतालों के हेड ही प्राइवेट असपतालों में मरीज को भर्ती करने का फैसला ले सकेंगे। को-मोरबीडीटी के मरीज जैसे हाई शुगर, हाई बीपी, केंसर, किडनी से संबंधित बीमारी वाले मरीजो को पहले बेड की व्यवस्था करवाई जाएगी। इस आदेश में कहा गया है कि मुंबई में 10 से 12 प्रतिशत मरीज लक्षण वाले आना शुरू हो गए हैं और ९५ प्रतिशत मरीज नॉन स्लम इलाकों से आ रहे हैं इसलिए निजी अस्पतालों की जरूरत अब तेजी से पड़ने वाली है। बीएमसी के इस नए आदेश में ये भी कहा गया है कि ८० प्रतिशत रूम और १०० प्रतिशत आईसीयू बेड को आपातकालीन स्थिति के लिए रिसर्व रखा जाए ताकि बीएमसी वार्ड के वॉर रूम इसमें जरूरतमंद कोविड मरीजों को भर्ती करवा सके। सभी निजी अस्पतालों और नर्सिंग होम को १० जनवरी तक अपने कोविड अस्पतालों में ऑक्सीजन बेड ,पीपीई किट, वीटीएम किट, मास्क, कोविड की जरूरी दवाओं का इंतजाम कर लिया जाए और मरीजों से बीएमसी प्रोटोकॉल के मुताबिक ही अस्पताल चार्ज करें।
