देहरादून (सू0 वि0)। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने गुरूवार को सरकार के 100 दिन पूर्ण होने पर मुख्यमंत्री आवास स्थित मुख्य सेवक सदन में ग्राम्य विकास विभाग द्वारा आयोजित कार्यक्रम में बतौर मुख्य अतिथि प्रतिभाग किया। 
इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (ग्रामीण) के तहत देहरादून जनपद के 51 लाभार्थियों को चेक एवं चाबी सौंपी। इस योजना के तहत प्रदेश में कुल 05 हजार लाभार्थियों को आवासों का आवंटन किया गया। मुख्यमंत्री ने अतरराष्ट्रीय कृषि विकास निधि (आईफैड) द्वारा सहायतित 771 करोड़ की रूरल इंटरप्राइज एक्सलरेशन प्रोग्राम (रीप)का शुभारंभ किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर कृषिऔद्यानिक दृष्टि पत्र2027 एवं रेशम विभाग उत्तराखण्ड का आगामी पांच वर्षों के लिए दृष्टि पत्र का विमोचन भी किया। दीनदयाल उपाध्याय कौशल विकास योजना (ग्रामीण) के माध्यम से प्रशिक्षित 50 लाभाथिर्यों को मुख्यमंत्री ने नियुक्ति पत्र भी प्रदान किये। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने इस अवसर पर घोषणा की कि मधुग्राम योजना के अंतर्गत जनपद चंपावत में सिप्टी न्याय पंचायत एवं जनपद देहरादून में चामासारी (रायपुर) का चयन कर क्रियान्वयन किया जायेगा। 
सगंध पादपों के अन्तर्गत तेजपत्ता उत्पादन के सर्वांगीण विकास हेतु राजकीय उद्यान खतेड़ा चम्पावत में उत्कृष्टता केन्द्र की स्थापना की जायेगी। मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर टनकपुर एवं गोपेश्वर में सैनिक विश्राम गृहों का शिलान्यास भी किया। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि आज राज्य सरकार ने विकास, समर्पण एवं प्रयास के 100 दिन पूर्ण कर लिये हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उन्हें प्रदेश की देवतुल्य जनता की सेवा करने के लिए मुख्य सेवक के रूप में जो जिम्मेदारी मिली है, जन अपेक्षाओं को पूरा करने के हर संभव प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं। राज्य सरकार विकल्प रहित संकल्प के साथ आगे बढ़ रही है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि देवभूमि उत्तराखण्ड धर्म एवं आध्यात्म के केन्द्र के साथ ही सैनिक बहुल प्रदेश भी है। 
सैन्य क्षेत्र में उत्तराखण्ड का हमेशा से बड़ा योगदान रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि टनकपुर एवं गोपेश्वर में सैनिक विश्राम गृह बनने से यहां ठहरने के लिए सैनिकों को काफी सुविधा होगी। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार का प्रयास है कि जो भी निर्माण कार्य हों, उच्च गुणवतायुक्त हों। विभागों को निर्देश दिये गये हैं कि कार्यों की गुणवत्ता से कोई समझौता नहीं होगा। मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि हमने जनता से जो वायदे किये हैं, उन्हें पूरा किया जायेगा। राज्य में नई सरकार के गठन के बाद पहली ही कैबिनेट में समान नागरिक संहिता के लिए ड्राफ्ट बनाने के लिए कमेटी बनाने का निर्णय लिया गया। इसके लिए 05 सदस्यीय कमेटी का गठन किया जा चुका है। राज्य में 01 लाख 85 हजार अंत्योदय कार्ड धारकों को साल में 03 सिलेण्डर मुफ्त दिये जाने का शासनादेश हो चुका है और इसके लिए बजट का प्राविधान भी किया जा चुका है। रूरल इंटरप्राइज एक्सलरेशन प्रोग्राम का लक्ष्य महिलाओं की आय में दोगुनी वृद्धि कर महिला सशक्तीकरण को बढ़ावा देना है। यह परियोजना प्रदेश के सभी विकासखण्डों में लागू होगी। प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना ग्रामीण के तहत राज्य सरकार द्वारा लाभार्थियों को उनके आवास में आवश्यक सामग्री हेतु 05 हजार रूपये की धनराशि प्रदान की जा रही है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि 09 नवम्बर 2025 को उत्तराखण्ड राज्य स्थापना दिवस की रजत जयंती मनायेगा। 2025 तक राज्य हर क्षेत्र में अग्रणी राज्यों में शामिल हो इसके लिए पूरा रोडमैप तैयार किया जा रहा है। प्रदेश के समग्र विकास के दृष्टिगत आगे की योजनाओं के लिए बोधिसत्व की श्रृंखला आयोजित की गई। जिसमें हर क्षेत्र के विषय विशेषज्ञों के सुझाव लिये गये हैं। सभी सुझावों के आधार पर आगे की कार्ययोजना बनाई जा रही है। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश में नया वर्क कल्चर आया है। सबका साथ, सबका विकास, सबका विश्वास एवं सबका प्रयास के मूल मंत्र पर देश आगे बढ़ रहा है। कोविड की वैश्विक महामारी के दौरान देश में विश्व का सबसे बड़ा कोविड टीकाकरण अभियान चलाया गया। देशवासियों को एक साल में 05 लाख रूपये तक का स्वास्थ्य कवच दिया गया है। समाज के हर वर्ग को ध्यान में रखते हुए योजनाएं चलाई जा रही है। कैबिनेट मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में राज्य सरकार तेजी से विकास के पथ पर अग्रसर है। युवाओं, महिलाओं एवं समाज के सभी वर्गों को ध्यान में रखते हुए कार्य किये जा रहे हैं। देहरादून में भव्य सैन्य धाम बनाया जा रहा है। एग्रीकल्चर एवं हॉर्टीकल्चर के क्षेत्र में अनेक कार्य किये जा रहे हैं। इस अवसर पर कैबिनेट मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत, रेखा आर्या, विधायक विनोद चमोली, उमेश शर्मा काऊ, सविता कपूर, भोपाल राम टम्टा, पूर्व विधायक राजेश शुक्ला, अपर मुख्य सचिव आनन्द बर्द्धन, सचिव शैलेश बगोली, सचिन कुर्वे, दीपेन्द्र चैधरी, जिलाधिकारी देहरादून डॉ. आर.राजेश कुमार, विभिन्न विभागों के जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी एवं वर्चुअल माध्यम से सभी जनपदों के जिलाधिकारी, जनपद स्तरीय अधिकारी व प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (ग्रामीण) के लाभार्थी मौजूद थे।
