रायपुर (जनसंपर्क विभाग)। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने आज यहां अपने निवास कार्यालय में आयोजित समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान नगरीय निकाय क्षेत्र के बाहर एवं निवेश क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत 500 वर्गमीटर तक के भू-खण्डों पर भवन निर्माण अनुज्ञा हेतु वर्तमान प्रक्रिया को सरलीकृत करते हुये तैयार किया गया पोर्टल लॉन्च किया।
भू-खण्डों पर भवन निर्माण अनुज्ञा की इस सरलीकृत प्रक्रिया के अंतर्गत आवेदक को ऑनलाइन आवेदन जमाकर प्रोसेसिंग फीस एवं भवन निर्माण अनुज्ञा शुल्क जमा करना होगा। कम्प्यूटर द्वारा मानचित्र का भूमि नियमों के अनुसार परीक्षण कर तत्काल सैद्धांतिक सहमति जारी की जायेगी तथा आवेदक को कर्मकार शुल्क जमा करने के पश्चात ऑनलाईन स्वीकृति प्राप्त हो जाएगी। भवन निर्माण अनुज्ञा की इस व्यवस्था से आवेदकों को बार-बार कार्यालय में आने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी तथा ऑनलाईन माध्यम से ही आवेदन जमाकराकर अनुज्ञा प्राप्त की जा सकेगी।
इस व्यवस्था के अंतर्गत मुख्यमंत्री श्री बघेल ने प्रथम प्रकरण में श्रीमती रश्मि खंडेकर को ऑनलाईन सैद्धांतिक अनुज्ञा प्रदान की। जिसके सर्टिफिकेट की प्रति इनके वास्तुविद श्री मोहित सोलंकी ने प्राप्त की। इस अवसर पर मुख्य सचिव श्री अमिताभ जैन, अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव श्री सुब्रत साहू, संचालक नगर तथा ग्राम निवेश श्री जे.पी. मौर्य एवं अपर संचालक नगर तथा ग्राम निवेश श्री संदीप बागडे उपस्थित थे।
मुख्यमंत्री की अध्यक्षता में आहुत विभागीय समीक्षा बैठक में छत्तीसगढ़ अनाधिकृत विकास का नियमितिकरण संशोधन 2016 अधिनियम 2022 को पुनः लागू किये जाने का निर्णय लिया गया। पूर्ववर्ती नियमों में संशोधन करते हुये पार्किंग आदि विषयों में छूट प्रदान करते हुये नियमितिकरण का निर्णय लिया गया है।
