रायपुर (जनसम्पर्क विभाग)। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने आज नवा रायपुर में महात्मा गांधी के सपनों के अनुरूप बनने वाले ‘गांधी सेवा ग्राम‘ स्थल का निरीक्षण किया। नवा-रायपुर में बनने वाले सेवा ग्राम के लिए ७५ एकड़ की जमीन चिन्हांकित की गई है। इसे ग्रामीण परिवेश के रूप में विकसित किया जाएगा। गौरतलब है कि लोक सभा सांसद राहुल गांधी ने 3 फरवरी 2022 को राजधानी रायपुर के साइंस कॉलेज मैदान में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में गांधी सेवा ग्राम की आधारशिला रखी थी। सेवा ग्राम में छत्तीसगढ़ की परंपरागत ग्रामीण भवन शैली की झलक दिखेगी। निर्माण कार्यों में स्थानीय स्तर पर उपलब्ध सामग्री का उपयोग होगा। यहां की सड़के भी ग्रामीण परिवेश के अनुरूप होंगी। सेवा ग्राम तक पूरा क्षेत्र हरियाली से भरपूर रहेगा। सेवा-ग्राम के निर्माण में मिट्टी, चूना, पत्थर जैसी प्राकृतिक वस्तुओं का उपयोग करते हुए किया जाएगा। सेवाग्राम में गांधीवादी सिद्धांतों, ग्रामीण कला और शिल्प के केंद्र विकसित किए जाएंगे, जहां अतिथि विषय-विशेषज्ञों द्वारा मार्गदर्शन दिया जाएगा। यहां छत्तीसगढ़ की लोक कलाओं को प्रोत्साहन साथ ही वहां वृद्धाश्रम तथा वंचितों के लिए स्कूल भी स्थापित किए जाएंगे। बुजुर्गों को दूसरा घर देकर और वैचारिक आदान-प्रदान की सुविधा होगी। साथ ही विजिटर्स सेंटर और गांधी के सिद्धांतों को स्मरण करने का केंद्र होगा। सेवा ग्राम में छत्तीसगढ़ की विशिष्ट कला और शिल्प कला भी दिखेगी। यहां के विभिन्न कार्यों बस्तर, रायगढ़ और अन्य जिलों में बेल मेटल, लौह, टेराकोटा, पत्थर, कपड़े और बांस का उपयोग करके विभिन्न कलात्मक वस्तुओं से सजाया जाएगा। ‘गांधी सेवा ग्राम‘ में ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ करने एवं आत्मनिर्भर-ग्राम की कल्पना को साकार करने के लिए सभी प्रकार के कारीगरों के प्रशिक्षण की व्यवस्था की जाएगी। निरीक्षण के दौरान विधायक धनेन्द्र साहू, मुख्य सचिव अमिताभ जैन, अपर मुख्य सचिव सुब्रत साहू, लोक निर्माण विभाग के सचिव सिद्धार्थ कोमल सिंह परदेशी, नवा रायपुर विकास प्राधिकरण की मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी किरण कौशल सहित वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
