रायपुर (जनसंपर्क विभाग) । मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने आज राजधानी रायपुर के माना स्थित पुलिस प्रशिक्षण विद्यालय में आधुनिक कंपोजिट इंडोर फायरिंग रेंज ‘लक्ष्य’ का उद्घाटन किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने माना में आधुनिक कंपोजिट इंडोर फायरिंग रेंज ‘लक्ष्य’ का किया शुभारंभउन्होंने इस दौरान पुलिसिंग सेवा को और बेहतर बनाने के लिए नवीन पुलिस वाहनों को हरी झण्डी दिखाकर रवाना करते हुए आधुनिक तकनीक तथा पुलिस सुविधाओं से युक्त साईबर थाना, महिला हेल्प डेस्क सहित विभिन्न भवनों का भूमिपूजन और लोकार्पण किया। अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मानकों के अुनसार फायरिंग रेंज ‘लक्ष्य’ का निर्माण 6.67 करोड़ रूपए की लागत से किया गया है, इससे छत्तीसगढ़ पुलिस को उत्तम और बेहतर प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त होगा। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता गृह मंत्री ताम्रध्वज साहू ने की। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने इस अवसर पर सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि प्रदेश में शांति और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था में पुलिस सेवा की अहम भूमिका होती है। इसे ध्यान में रखते हुए छत्तीसगढ़ में पुलिस सेवा को सुदृढ़ बनाने हर आवश्यक कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं।
इसके तहत उन्हें बेहतर वातावरण, बेहतर सुविधाएं तथा बेहतर संसाधन उपलब्ध कराने के लिए विशेष जोर दिया जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री बघेल ने बताया कि राज्य शासन द्वारा पुलिस बल के आधुनिकीकरण की दिशा में किए जा रहे प्रयासों के अंतर्गत आज आधुनिक कंपोजिट इंडोर फायरिंग रेंज ‘लक्ष्य’ का उद्घाटन करते हुए मुझे बहुत प्रसन्नता हो रही है। इससे पुलिस बल की ताकत तथा क्षमता और बढ़ जाएगी तथा वे बेहतर तरीके से अपने दायित्वों का निर्वहन कर पाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले पौने पांच वर्षों के दौरान आप लोगों ने प्रदेश की शांति और सुरक्षा को कायम रखने की दिशा में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन किया है।मुख्यमंत्री ने माना में आधुनिक कंपोजिट इंडोर फायरिंग रेंज ‘लक्ष्य’ का किया शुभारंभ जिसके परिणाम स्वरूप हमारे राज्य की कानून व्यवस्था अन्य राज्यों से बेहतर है, यह राज्य में पुलिसिंग सेवा की महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि रही है। गृहमंत्री साहू ने इस अवसर पर सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़ में मुख्यमंत्री बघेल के नेतृत्व में हमारी सरकार द्वारा विकास के साथ-साथ सुरक्षा हेतु निरंतर कार्य किए जा रहे हैं। साथ ही पुलिसिंग सेवा को अत्याधुनिक सुविधाओं से लेस करते हुए और अधिक सुदृढ़ किया जा रहा है। कार्यक्रम को पुलिस महानिदेशक अशोक जुनेजा तथा अतिरिक्त पुलिस महानिदेश प्रदीप गुप्ता ने भी संबोधित करते हुए छत्तीसगढ़ में पुलिसिंग सेवा के क्षेत्र में हो रहे नवाचार पहल आदि के बारे में जानकारी दी। मुख्यमंत्री बघेल ने इस अवसर पर रायपुर, बिलासपुर, दुर्ग, बस्तर एवं सरगुजा में रेंज स्तरीय नए साईबर पुलिस थानों का भी शुभारंभ किया। वर्तमान परिदृश्य में बढ़ते साईबर अपराध को देखते हुए साईबर घटनाओं की रोकथाम एवं त्वरित कार्यवाही और इन घटनाओं पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए यह साईबर थाने प्रारंभ किए जा रहे हैं।मुख्यमंत्री ने माना में आधुनिक कंपोजिट इंडोर फायरिंग रेंज ‘लक्ष्य’ का किया शुभारंभ साथ ही नवीन सृदृढ़ीकृत थाना भवनों कोंडागांव जिले बड़े डोंगर, नारायणपुर जिले के फरसगांव और सोनपुर बलरामपुर जिले के बलरामपुर चलगली और रामचन्द्रपुर, महासमुंद जिले के सराईपाली, दुहलू और कोमाखान, दन्तेवाड़ा जिले में कटेकल्याण, कबीरधाम जिले में चिल्फी और सिंघनपुरी और राजनांदगांव जिले के पाटनखास का भी उद्घाटन किया। मुख्यमंत्री बघेल ने इस दौरान 16 वीं वहिनी, छसबल नारायणपुर में 16 अराजपत्रित व 32 प्रधान आरक्षक, आरक्षक के लिए आवासगृह तथा जिला बलरामपुर, रायपुर और दुर्ग में पुलिस ट्रांजिट हॉस्टल भवनों का शिलान्यास किया। उन्होंने महिला हेल्प डेस्क के लिए 67 नवीन दो पहिया वाहन (स्कूटी) एवं जिला पुलिस इकाईयों के लिए 155 नए बोलेरो वाहन की चाबियां भी पुलिस विभाग को सौंपी।m इस अवसर पर संसदीय सचिव विकास उपाध्याय, विधायक सत्य नारायण शर्मा, प्रमुख सचिव गृह मनोज पिंगुआ, सचिव गृह अरुण देव गौतम, अतिरिक्त पुलिस महानिदेशक पवन देव, हिमांशु गुप्ता,एस.आर.पी कल्लूरी,विवेकानंद सिन्हा, पुलिस महानिरीक्षक आनंद छाबड़ा, अजय यादव, ओ.पी. पाल, रतनलाल डांगी, आर.पी. साय, डॉ. संजीव शुक्ला सहित अन्य पुलिस अधिकारी-कर्मचारी उपस्थित थे।
