थराली विधानसभा के तलवाड़ी में गुडम स्टेट गांव में देर रात बादल फटने से भारी तबाही मच गई, रात करीब दो बजे गुडम स्टेट के सब्जी गधेरे में बादल फटने से एक सैलाब सा आया जिसके मलबे की जद में 3 मकान आ गए,साथ ही 3 गौशालाये पानी के तेज बहाव में बह गए,गुडम स्टेट में आनन्द सिंह की 2 मकानों सहित एक गौशाला को क्षति पहुंची है ,इसके साथ ही देवली देवी की एक मकान एक गौशाला और मौली देवी की एक गौशाला बारिश की भेंट चढ़ गई, हालांकि बादल फटने से आये मलबे से किसी तरह की कोई जनहानि नही हुई ,गौशालाओ में बंधे मवेशी भी पानी के तेज बहाव में बह गए लेकिन किसी तरह उन्हें सुरक्षित बचाया जा सका,मवेशियों को हल्की चोटें आई हैं साथ ही क्षतिग्रस्त मकानों में रह रहे लोगो को भी हल्की चोटें आईं हैं ,कुछ इसी तरह देर रात हुई बरसात से देवाल विकासखंड के वाण गांव में भी पेरी और कुरजा तोक में कृषि भूमि का नुकसान हुआ है यहां भी एक मकान में मलबा घुस आया
-तलवाड़ी के पूर्व प्रधान गोपाल सिंह और क्षेत्र पंचायत सदस्य सुभाष पिमोली ने बताया कि देर रात करीब 2 बजे तलवाड़ी के गुडम क्षेत्र में बादल फटने से 2 मकाने ओर 3 गौशालाये क्षतिग्रस्त हुई है ,साथ ही मकानों में मलबा भी घुस आया उन्होंने बताया कि देर रात हुई बारिश से किसानों की कृषि भूमि भी बह गई है।
देर रात हुई बारिश और ऊपरी क्षेत्रो में बादल फटने से ग्वालदम कर्णप्रयाग राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग भी पूरी तरह प्रभावित रहा ,घनियालधार के समीप मच्छीताल गधेरे से लेकर थराली तक सड़क मार्ग कई जगहों पर मलबा आने की वजह से बाधित रहा,थाला और लोलटी गधेरे उफान पर होने की वजह से यात्रियों को तलवाड़ी से थराली तक पैदल ही आवाजाही करनी पड़ी,जगह जगह सड़क बाधित होने की वजह से बस सेवाएं भी प्रभावित हुई और करीब 7 घंटे वाहन जाम में फंसे रहे हालांकि बीआरओ प्रशासन ने कड़ी मशक्कत के बाद दोपहर तक मार्ग को आवाजाही के लिए खोल दिया
वहीं निवर्तमान ब्लॉक प्रमुख थराली राकेश जोशी ने बताया कि पिछले वर्षों में बादल फटने जैसी घटनाएं पहाड़ो में बढ़ी हैं जिस पर सरकार को चिंतन करना चाहिए और क्यो ऐसी घटनाएं बढ़ रही हैं इसके लिए टीम भेजकर अध्ययन करना चाहिये
वहीं उपजिलाधिकारी थराली ने बताया कि देर रात बादल फटने से तलवाड़ी में 2 मकानों और 3 गौशालाओ को क्षति हुई है जबकि एक मकान में मलबा घुस आया ,वहीं सूचना मिलते ही सुबह तहसीलदार ओर पटवारी को नुकसान के आंकलन के लिए मौके पर भेजा है, उन्होंने बताया कि सड़क मार्ग भी कई जगहों में बाधित हो गया था जिसे बीआरओ ने आवाजाही के लिए खोल दिया है
