देहरादून (सूचना विभाग) । मुख्य सचिव डॉ. एस.एस. संधु ने सोमवार को सचिवालय में 24 से 28 मई 2023 में प्रस्तावित जी20 शिखर सम्मेलन की तैयारियों के सम्बन्ध में बैठक ली। मुख्य सचिव ने कार्यक्रम की रूपरेखा और उनकी तैयारियों पर विस्तृत जानकारी ली। मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि जी20 सम्मेलन के दौरान प्रतिभागियों को किसी प्रकार की कोई परेशानी न हो इसके लिए एयरपोर्ट से लेकर कार्यक्रम स्थलों एवं वापसी में एयरपोर्ट तक विस्तृत रूपरेखा तैयार कर ली जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रतिभागियों को एयरपोर्ट पर एयरपोर्ट अथॉरिटी एवं जिला प्रशासन आपसी सामंजस्य से हेल्प डेस्क उपलब्ध कराएंगे। उन्होंने प्रतिभागियों के आवागमन के दौरान यातायात व्यवस्था दुरूस्त रखते हुए सुरक्षा के विशेष प्रबन्ध सुनिश्चित किए जाने के भी निर्देश दिए। कहा कि यातायात योजना इस प्रकार से तैयार की जाए कि न ही जी20 के प्रतिभागियों को कोई समस्या हो, न ही चारधाम यात्रा के यात्रियों और आमजन को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़े। मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि देशविदेश से आए प्रतिभागियों के समक्ष अपने प्रदेश के पर्यटन और संस्कृति की झलक पहुंचाने के अवसर के रूप में देखते हुए इस कार्यक्रम में प्रदेश के पर्यटन, कला, संस्कृति योगा और आयुष का प्रचार प्रसार के साथ उक्त उत्पादों की जानकारियां भी उपलब्ध करायी जाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि सम्मेलन के दौरान आमजन की भागीदारी भी सुनिश्चित की जानी चाहिए। जी20 कार्यक्रम के दौरान जिनजिन विभागों की भूमिका रहेगी, उन विभागों द्वारा अपने स्तर पर आवश्यक कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित की जाए। इस अवसर पर अपर मुख्य सचिव आनन्द बर्द्धन, प्रमुख सचिव आर. के सुधांशु, एडीजी लॉ एंड ऑर्डर वी. मुरुगेशन, सचिव डॉ. पंकज कुमार पाण्डेय, आर. राजेश कुमार एवं विनोद कुमार सुमन, एस.एन. पाण्डेय, जिलाधिकारी देहरादून सोनिका, उपाध्यक्ष एमडीडीए बंशीधर तिवारी एवं वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से जिलाधिकारी टिहरी सहित अन्य सम्बन्धित विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
