देहरादून (सू0 वि0) । मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने सचिवालय में एकीकृत भर्ती पोर्टल http://irp.uk.gov.in का शुभारम्भ किया। इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से राज्य में में रोजगार सृजित होने से लेकर रोजगार प्रकाशन होने की पूरी प्रक्रिया को कम्प्यूटरीकृत किया गया है। इस पोर्टल से विभागीय लाभ के साथ ही बेरोजगार युवाओं को भी रोजगार के उचित अवसर प्राप्त होने में सहायता मिलेगी। अभ्यर्थी को भर्ती पोर्टल पर खुद को पंजीकृत करना होगा और सरकारी क्षेत्र में किसी भी भर्ती की सूचना उनको एसएमएस द्वारा प्राप्त हो जायेगी। इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से समस्त विभागों, लोक सेवा आयोग उत्तराखण्ड, उत्तराखण्ड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग एवं उत्तराखण्ड मेडिकल बोर्ड को जोड़ा गया है। एकीकृत भर्ती पोर्टल में रोस्टर बनाने में समय भी कम लगेगा और त्रुटियों की संभावनाएं भी बहुत कम होगी। अधियाचन का लगभग 90 प्रतिशत भाग पोर्टल द्वारा स्वतः ही भरा हुआ मिलेगा, जिससे विभागों को अधियाचन भरने में कम समय लगेगा। मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि विभिन्न विभागों में रिक्त पदों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाई जाय। विभागों का
ढांचा वर्तमान की आवश्यकताओं एवं भविष्य की संभावनाओं को ध्यान में रखकर होना चाहिए। इस दिशा में प्रयास किये जाए। कुछ ऐसी व्यवस्था की जाय कि समान प्रकृति वाले पदों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया एक साथ की जाय। ताकि उन पदों पर विभागों की मांग के अनुसार नियुक्तियां दी जा सके। बहुत कम छात्र संख्या वाले स्कूलों को चिन्हित किया जाय। इसके लिए एक कमेटी बनाई जाय। जिलाधिकारियों से एक सप्ताह में कम छात्र संख्या वाले स्कूलों की सूची ली जाय। कम छात्र संख्या वाले स्कूल क्लब किये जाय। लेकिन क्लब होने वाले विद्यालयों में बच्चों के आने-जाने एवं अन्य सुविधाओं का ध्यान रखा जाय। मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र ने कहा कि भर्ती प्रक्रियाओं से संबंधित गतिविधियों के लिए एक टास्क फोर्स बनाया जाय व एक माह में इसकी रिपोर्ट दी जाय । मुख्यमंत्री ने बैठक में कुछ अधिकारियों के अनुपस्थित रहने पर कड़ी नाराजगी व्यक्त की। उन्होंने अपर मुख्य सचिव को निर्देश दिये कि अनुपस्थित विभागीय अधिकारियों का स्पष्टीकरण लिया जाय। उत्तराखण्ड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग के सचिव संतोष बडोनी ने जानकारी दी कि आयोग को वर्ष 2019 से अभी तक 7250 पदों के लिए अधियाचन मिला है। जिसमें से 5163 पद विज्ञापित हो चुके हैं। 942 पदों पर परीक्षा पूर्ण हो चुकी है। बैठक में अपर मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी, सचिव श्री आर. के सुधांशु, अमित नेगी, नितेश झा, राधिका झा, दिलीप जावलकर, शैलेश बगोली, सौजन्या, श्री सुशील कुमार, दीपेन्द्र चौधरी एवं विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
