देहरादून (सू0 वि0)। मुख्यमंत्री ने की जल जीवन मिशन की समीक्षा। पानी की गुणवत्ता पर दिया जाय विशेष ध्यान। ग्रीष्मकाल हेतु वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था के लिए अभी से की जाए तैयारी। मुख्यमंत्री श्री तीरथ सिंह रावत ने बुधवार को सचिवालय में जल जीवन मिशन की समीक्षा की। मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि शरद ऋतु में कम वर्षा होने के कारण ग्रीष्मकाल में आमजन को पेयजल की समस्या न हो इसके लिए वैकल्पिक व्यवस्थाएं पर अभी से तैयारियां पूर्ण कर ली जाएं। इस वर्ष कम वर्षा के दृष्टिगत, सम्भावित पेयजल अभावग्रस्त बस्तियों समय से चिन्हित कर उनके लिए भी वैकल्पिक व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित किए जाने के निर्देश मुख्यमंत्री ने दिए। मुख्यमंत्री ने वाटर टैंकर्स की संख्या बढ़ाने के निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि सड़क मार्ग के निकट स्थित उन बस्तियों में, जहां हैण्डपम्प से पेयजल की व्यवस्था की जा सकती है, हैण्डपम्प की व्यवस्था कर ली जाए। मुख्यमंत्री श्री तीरथ सिंह रावत ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि सभी स्कूलों एवं आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्रों में पेयजल की उपलब्धता का लक्ष्य निर्धारित समयसीमा तक पूर्ण कर लिया जाए। पेयजल की गुणवत्ता पर विशेष ध्यान देते हुए माध्यमिक विद्यालयों की लैब में पेयजल परीक्षण की व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित की जाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि आकांक्षी जनपदों में संचालित किये जा रहे कार्यों में तेजी लाते हुए नियमित मॉनीटरिंग की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए। उन्होंने योजना को समय पर पूर्ण करने के लिये हर सम्भव प्रयास किये जाने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने कहा कि जिलाधिकारी भी इसकी नियमित निगरानी रखें। जल जीवन मिशन के तहत निर्धारित समयावधि में लक्ष्य पूर्ण हो, इसके लिए जल संस्थान एवं जल निगम द्वारा प्रत्येक दिन का टारगेट निर्धारित किया जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि ग्रीष्म काल में पेयजल की समस्या के बचने के लिए आवश्यक है कि वाटर सोर्स पर ध्यान दिया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि जल संरक्षण पर फोकस किया जाना चाहिए। इसके लिए मानसून से पूर्व तैयारियां सुनिश्चित कर ली जाएं, ताकि वर्षा जल संचित किया जा सके, एवं भूजल की उपलब्धता बनी रहे। पेयजल मंत्री श्री बिशन सिंह चुफाल ने स्कूल एवं आंगनवाड़ी केन्द्रों सहित सरकारी भवनों, ग्राम पंचायत भवनों, सामुदायिक केन्द्रों आदि में पेयजल की 100 प्रतिशत उपलब्धता किये जाने के निर्देश भी दिए। साथ ही जिन जनपदों ने आईएमआईएस पोर्टल पर डाटा अपलाॅड नहीं किया है, शीघ्र डाटा अपलाॅड किए जाने के भी निर्देश दिए। सचिव श्री नितेश झा ने बैठक में जानकारी दी कि जल जीवन मिशन के 14,61,910 लाख कनेक्शन दिये जाने हैं। जिसमें से अब तक 6,34,502 लाख कनेक्शन दिये गये हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि इस योजना के तहत 174.17 करोड़ रिलीज किए गए हैं जिनमें से 166.37 करोड़ (95.52 प्रतिशत) व्यय किये जा चुके हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि अब तक 18691 स्कूलों में से 16360 स्कूलों तथा 16853 आंगनबाड़ी में से 13488 में नल से पानी उपलब्ध कराया जा चुका है। बैठक में मुख्य सचिव श्री ओम प्रकाश, सचिव श्री अमित नेगी, श्री नितेश झा, श्री आर. मीनाक्षी सुन्दरम, प्रभारी सचिव श्री आर राजेश कुमार एवं अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों सहित वीडियो काॅन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से जनपदों से सभी जिलाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
