रायपुर (जनसंपर्क विभाग) । कुरूद विधानसभा में भेंट मुलाकात के लिए पहुंचे मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने यहां सेमरा ग्राम में ग्रामीणों से शासकीय योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन की जमीनी स्थिति जानी।
साथ ही उन्होंने इस अवसर पर ८२ करोड़ ३९ लाख रुपए के विकास कार्यों का लोकार्पण एवं भूमिपूजन भी किया। लोकार्पित होने कार्यो में ४५ करोड़ २७ लाख रुपए के ३१ कार्य शामिल हैं। ३७ करोड़ रुपए की लागत से ३४ कार्यों का भूमिपूजन भी किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने भेंट-मुलाकात कार्यक्रम की शुरूआत करते हुए कहा कि हम लोग श्रमिकों के लिए भी कार्य कर रहे हैं। भूमिहीन श्रमिकों को राशि दे रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि मई दिवस के अवसर पर श्रमिकों के लिए रायपुर में सम्मेलन कर रहे हैं। छत्तीसगढ़ी में अपनी चर्चा में मुख्यमंत्री ने श्रमिकों से कहा कि आप मन के झारा-झारा न्योता हे। इस मौके पर महिला एवं बाल विकास तथा जिले की प्रभारी मंत्री अनिला भेड़िया, सिहावा विधायक लक्ष्मी ध्रुव, अपर मुख्य सचिव रेणु जी पिल्लै, मुख्यमंत्री के सचिव एस भारतीदासन, संभागायुक्त यशवंत कुमार, एसपी प्रशांत ठाकुर सहित अन्य जनप्रतिनिधि तथा अधिकारीगण मौजूद रहे। वर्मी कंपोस्ट से फसल में बीमारी नहीं- मुख्यमंत्री ने सबसे पहले किसानों से बातचीत की। भखारा निवासी एक किसान ने बताया कि वर्मी कंपोस्ट के बड़े अच्छे नतीजे आये हैं। फसल में बीमारी बिल्कुल नहीं हुआ। इससे काफी बचत हो गई। इसके साथ ही ३ लाख रुपए का ऋण माफ हो गया है। अभी तो सरकार ने २० क्विंटल धान खरीदी की घोषणा कर दी है। इससे तो किसानों को बड़ा लाभ मिलेगा। किसान गोविंद राम साहू ने बताया कि राजीव गांधी किसान न्याय योजना की सारी किश्त मिल गई है। एक एकड़ खेत था। कुछ कर्ज था जो कर्जमाफी योजना के चलते माफ हो गया। वर्मी कंपोस्ट की बात आई तो बसंती साहू ने बताया कि हम लोग वर्मी खाद बनाते हैं और इसकी अच्छी खासी बिक्री होती है। 
अभी उनके समूह ने ७७ हजार रुपए का वर्मी कंपोस्ट बना लिया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि भूमि की ऊर्वरा शक्ति बनी रहे, इसके लिए जरूरी है कि हम जैविक खाद का ही प्रयोग करें। अस्पताल तो आप गांव में भेज देते हैं- जब मुख्यमंत्री ने हाट बाजार में मोबाइल वैन के बारे में पूछा तो अमृत लाल साहू भेंडरवानी ने बताया कि ये तो बहुत अच्छी योजना है। इस योजना में तो हमको अस्पताल तक नहीं जाना पड़ता। अस्पताल ही गाँव में आ जाता है। हाटबाजार जाते हैं तो इलाज करा लेते हैं और मुफ्त में दवा भी मिल जाती है। राजेश्वरी ने बताया कि मेरा बेटा ३ साल का है पहले कमजोर था। मुख्यमंत्री सुपोषण मिशन का लाभ उठाया और अब पूरी तरह स्वस्थ और तंदरूस्त है। स्वामी आत्मानंद स्कूल की वजह से हमारे ५० हजार रुपए बचे, बचत से हायर स्टडी में मिलेगी मदद- प्रियांशु दास मानिकपुरी स्वामी आत्मानंद इंग्लिश मीडियम स्कूल में पढ़ते हैं। 
उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री को बताया कि शिक्षक भी बहुत अच्छे हैं। मेरे पिता भी सरकारी स्कूल में शिक्षक हैं। यहां पढ़ाई बहुत अच्छी है। प्रियांशु ने मुख्यमंत्री के प्रति आभार जताया। सान्या गायकवाड ने बताया कि मैं कामर्स संकाय की छात्रा हूँ। सान्या ने बताया कि वो छाती में रहती है वो कुरूद स्थित स्वामी आत्मानंद इंग्लिश मीडियम स्कूल में पढ़ती हूँ। मेरे पिता किसान है। मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि इनके पिता किसान हैं और अपने बच्चे की पढ़ाई के लिए कितना ध्यान रख रहे हैं। सान्या ने बताया कि इसके पहले उसे ३० हजार रुपए देने पड़ते थे और ५० हजार तक बस का खर्च मिलाकर हो जाता था। अब मैं इस बचे पैसे को हायर एजुकेशन में खर्च करूंगी। मुख्यमंत्री की घोषणाएं- इस अवसर पर सेमरा बी में मुख्यमंत्री ने विकास कार्यों संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण घोषणाएं भी की। इसमें कुरूद-चर्रा- कातलबोड-नवागांव मार्ग का चौड़ीकरण एवं सुदृढ़ीकरण , गाड़ाडीह-परखंदा-गुदगुदा नारी मार्ग का चौड़ीकरण एवं सुदृढ़ीकरण, कुरमातराई, भेण्डरा, कोर्रा जुगदेही, सिलौटी, सेमरा, अरकार मार्ग का चौड़ीकरण एवं सुदृढ़ीकरण कार्य शामिल है। साथ ही ग्राम पंचायत सेमरा बी में पशु औषधालय का पशु चिकित्सालय में उन्नयन, नगर पंचायत भखारा में स्वामी आत्मानंद उत्कृष्ट अंग्रेजी माध्यम विद्यालय में विभिन्न निर्माण कार्य, ग्राम पंचायत गातापार के अंतर्गत सिर्री और कोर्रा में मुक्तिधाम, ग्राम पंचायत के भेंडरी के बालक प्राथमिक शाला का नामकरण स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानी स्वर्गीय शिवप्रसाद साहू( शिक्षक) के नाम पर करने की घोषणा की। उन्होंने ग्राम पंचायत सेमरा बी में धान खरीदी केंद्र सेमरा में शेड एवं खाद गोदाम का निर्माण करने तथा ग्राम कोर्रा में जिला सहकारी बैंक हेतु भवन के निर्माण की घोषणा भी की।
