चंपावत(सू0वि0)। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने जनपद चंपावत की लोहाघाट विधानसभा के देवीधुरा में 21.56 करोड़ की विभिन्न योजनाओं का शिलान्यास एवं लोकार्पण किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने लोगो की लंबे समय से चली आ रही मांग को पूरा करते हुए देवीधुरा स्थित मॉ वाराही धाम में लगने वाले प्रसिद्ध बग्वाल मेले का संचालन राज्य सरकार द्वारा किए जाने के साथ ही मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा लोहाघाट विधानसभा हेतु 39.70 करोड़ की विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं की भी घोषणा की।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने इस अवसर पर आयोजित जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि क्षेत्र के विकास की विभिन्न योजनाओं के शिलान्यास एवं लोकार्पण से क्षेत्र वासियों को इनका लाभ मिलेगा। उनेंने कहा कि हर क्षेत्र का विकास ही हमारा ध्येय है। उन्होंने कहा कि हम आगे भी देवीधुरा क्षेत्र के विकास हेतु हमेशा तत्पर रहेंगे। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश के प्रत्येक युवा को रोजगार एवं स्वरोजगार से जोड़ने के लिए हमारी सरकार प्रयासरत है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने नव निर्मित राजकीय आदर्श महाविघालय देवीधूरा के भवन का लोकार्पण करते हुए विद्यालय में बीएससी, बीकॉम, कक्षाएं शुरू करने की घोषणा की। लोहाघाट नगर पंचायत को नगर पालिका का दर्जा देने, लोहाघाट पीजी कालेज में स्नातकोत्तर स्तर पर समाज शास्त्र व इतिहास विषय सृजित करने आदि की भी घोषणा की। उन्होंने लोगों को आश्वस्त किया कि उनकी आशाओं एवं आकांशाओं को पूरा करने के लिए राज्य सरकार पूरा प्रयास करेगी। महाविद्यालय के भवन लोकार्पण के अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने महाविद्यालय के कक्षा-कक्षों आदि का निरीक्षण कर निर्माण कार्य की गुणवत्ता की सराहना की।
मुख्यमंत्री ने जिन 5 योजनाओं का लोकार्पण किया उनमें भारत सरकार द्वारा पोषित ’रूसा’ परियोजना के अंतर्गत आदर्श महाविद्यालय (मॉडल कॉलेज) के भवनों का निर्माण लागत कुल 10.47 करोड़, नाबार्ड के अंतर्गत विधानसभा क्षेत्र लोहाघाट के विकासखंड पाटी में शाल टांण मोटर मार्ग से माँ शिलादेवी मंदिर तक सड़क मार्ग का सुधारीकरण कार्य लागत रूपये 1.73 करोड़, राज्य योजना के अंतर्गत जनपद चंपावत के विधानसभा क्षेत्र लोहाघाट के अंतर्गत तिमलागुंठ पीपलढींग मोटर मार्ग का पुनःर्निर्माण व सुधारी करण कार्य लागत रू. 1.91 करोड़ है। राज्य योजना के अंतर्गत जनपद चंपावत के विधानसभा क्षेत्र लोहाघाट के विकासखंड पाटी में काठगोदाम खुटानी लोहाघाट पंचेश्वर मोटर मार्ग से ग्राम सभा गहतोडा में झाड़सिरतोली तक मोटर मार्ग का निर्माण लागत 1.86 करोड़ खसकांड़े सोलर पंपिंग पेयजल योजना 104.24 लाख शामिल है।
इसके अतिरिक्त मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा जिन 04 योजनाओं का शिलान्यास किया गया उनमें राज्य योजना के अंतर्गत जनपद चंपावत की विधानसभा क्षेत्र लोहाघाट के अंतर्गत पाटी छत्तरदयार गुम मोटर मार्ग का पुनर्निर्माण व सुधारीकरण का कार्य लागत 1.15 करोड़, विकासखंड पाटी में छिनकाछीना सिमलखेत मोटर मार्ग के जालछीना से ग्राम कजीना के गहत्वाड़ तक मोटर मार्ग का निर्माण लागत 99.47, विधानसभा क्षेत्र लोहाघाट के अंतर्गत टाक बैंड से कुंडीमाहरा मोटर मार्ग सुधारीकरण का कार्य लागत 1.12 करोड़ है। लोहाघाट डिग्री कॉलेज से गंगनौला – नसखौला होते हुए पोखरीबोरा मोटर मार्ग का पुनर्निर्माण एवं सुधार कार्य लागत रू. 1.29 करोड़ शामिल है ।
मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा विधानसभा क्षेत्र लोहाघाट के लिये की गई 39.70 करोड़ की घोषणा में लोहाघाट नगर के लिये लिफ्ट पेयजल योजना के लिये 16.92 करोड़, दिगाली चौड के लिये लिफ्ट पंपिंग योजना हेतु 3.87 करोड़, विकासखण्ड पाटी में लधिया नदी के बांये एवं दायें पार्श्व में स्थित ग्राम परेवा गागरी एवं कुल्यालगांव के साथ ही बाराकोट के ग्राम बोतडी में बाड़ सुरक्षा कार्यों हेतु 11.66 करोड तथा विकासखण्ड लोहाघाट, बाराकोट तथा पाटी विभिन्न सड़कों के लिये निर्माण हेतु 7.25 करोड़ की धनराशि शामिल है।
इससे पूर्व देवीधुरा पहुंचने पर मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सर्वप्रथम विश्व प्रसिद्ध मां वाराही धाम के दर्शन एवं पूजा अर्चना कर प्रदेश की खुशहाली की कामना की। उसके बाद मुख्यमंत्री ने आदर्श महाविद्यालय देवीधुरा पहुंचने पर पौधारोपण भी किया।
मुख्यमंत्री के साथ मौजूद कैबिनेट मंत्री डॉ धन सिंह रावत ने कहा कि महाविद्यालय देवीधुरा के रूप में क्षेत्रीय जनता को एक मॉडल कॉलेज मिल रहा है। इससे क्षेत्र के युवाओं को उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त करने में सुविधा होगी। लोहाघाट विधायक पूरन फर्त्याल ने सभा को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि युवा मुख्यमंत्री के नेतृत्व में लोहाघाट विधानसभा विकास की नई ऊंचाइयों को छुएगा।
इस अवसर पर सांसद अजय टम्टा, प्रदेश संगठन महामंत्री अजेय कुमार, जिला पंचायत अध्यक्षा ज्योति राय, अपर जिलाधिकारी त्रिलोक सिंह मर्तोलिया सहित अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी और जनप्रतिनिधि मौजूद थे।
