देहरादून । मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने रविवार को बनियावाला, प्रेमनगर में नेताजी सुभाष चन्द्र बोस छात्रावास का लोकार्पण किया एवं बालिकाओं को गणवेश प्रदान किये। मुख्यमंत्री ने नव वर्ष के अवसर पर बालिकाओं के साथ केक काटकर उनका उत्साहवर्द्धन किया। उन्होंने छात्रावास का निरीक्षण किया एवं विभिन्न व्यवस्थाओं का अवलोकन भी किया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने घोषणा की कि प्रदेश के समस्त राजकीय विद्यालयों में पढ़ने वाली छात्राओं के स्वास्थ्य एवं स्वच्छता को बढ़ावा देने हेतु प्रत्येक विद्यालय स्तर पर सेनेट्री पैड की उपलब्धता बनी रहे इसके लिए कॉर्पस फण्ड से प्रति विद्यालय 50 हजार रूपये की दर से निधि बनाई जायेगी। सुभाष चन्द्र बोस छात्रावास बनियावाला एवं गदरपुर का उच्चीकरण किया जायेगा तथा कक्षा 9वीं से 12वीं तक की छात्राओं को निःशुल्क आवासीय सुविधा के माध्यम से स्कूली शिक्षा दी जायेगी। चम्पावत में नये नेताजी सुभाष चन्द्र बोस आवासीय छात्रावास का निर्माण किया जायेगा। मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सभी को नव वर्ष की शुभकामना देते हुए कहा कि नव वर्ष के अवसर पर निर्धन एवं समाज के वंचित वर्ग की बालिकाओं के लिए यह आवासीय छात्रावास का लोकार्पण किया गया है, इससे इनको रहने के साथ ही पढ़ाई के लिए अच्छा वातावरण मिलेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में 11 आवासीय छात्रावास हैं, इनकी और संख्या बढ़ाने के लिए सरकार प्रयासरत है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि शिक्षा के माध्यम से ही कोई देश शक्तिशाली एवं समृद्धशाली बन सकता है। राज्य में शिक्षा के गुणात्मक सुधार के लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा हर संभव प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि देश आजादी के अमृत महोत्सव में प्रवेश कर गया है। आने वाले 25 साल भारत के लिए बहुत महत्वपूर्ण हैं। हमारे नौनिहाल भारत का भविष्य हैं। इन नौनिहालों को अच्छी शिक्षा एवं अनुशासन मिले, इस दिशा में सबको प्रयास करने होंगे। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में भारत तेजी से प्रगति कर रहा है। आज का नया भारत नए संकल्पों को पूरा करने के लिए अग्रसर है। वैश्विक स्तर पर भारत का मान, सम्मान एवं स्वाभिमान बढ़ा है। प्रधानमंत्री जी के मार्गदर्शन में उत्तराखण्ड भी विकास के नित नए कीर्तिमान स्थापित कर रहा है। राज्य सरकार उत्तराखण्ड के सर्वांगीण विकास को सुनिश्चित करने के साथसाथ वर्ष 2025 तक उत्तराखंड को देश का “सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य“ बनाने के अपने “विकल्प रहित संकल्प“ की सिद्धि के लिए निरंतर कार्य कर रही है। शिक्षा महानिदेशक एवं राज्य परियोजना निदेशक समग्र शिक्षा श्री बंशीधर तिवारी ने कहा कि समाज के अपवंचित, बेसहारा एवं आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के बच्चों के लिए राज्य में जो 11 आवासीय छात्रावास चलाए जा रहे हैं। इन छात्रावासां के माध्यम से विद्यार्थियों को निःशुल्क भोजन, आवास, गणवेश, शिक्षण सामग्री आदि उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है। इन आवासीय छात्रावासों की कुल क्षमता 750 विद्यार्थियों की है। वर्तमान में 650 विद्यार्थी इनमें पढ़ रहे हैं, जबकि 100 विद्यार्थियों के प्रवेश की प्रक्रिया गतिमान है। उन्होंने जनपद देहरादून के चार छात्रावासों के किचन निर्माण एवं अन्य सामग्री के लिए 11 लाख रूपये की धनराशि उपलब्ध कराने के लिए जिलाधिकारी श्रीमती सोनिका का आभार भी व्यक्त किया। इस अवसर पर सचिव श्री आर. मीनाक्षी सुंदरम, जिलाधिकारी देहरादून श्रीमती सोनिका, मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी देहरादून डॉ. मुकुल कुमार सती एवं शिक्षा विभाग के अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
