रायपुर (जनसंपर्क विभाग) । गांधी जी के सपनों के अनुरूप छत्तीसगढ़ की ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूती देने के लिए चलाई जा रही सुराजी गांव योजना के गरूवा घटक के अंतर्गत पारागांव में बनाए गए गौठान का मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने आज सचिन राव के साथ निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने स्व-सहायता समूहों द्वारा गौठानों में स्थापित किए गए रूरल इंडस्ट्रियल पार्क में की जा रही आर्थिक गतिविधियों का जायजा लिया। पारागांव के गौठान में निरीक्षण के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री बघेल और राव ने महिला समूहों द्वारा किए जा रहे मुर्गी पालन, बकरी पालन, सब्जी उत्पादन, चारागाह विकास, साबुन और फिनाइल निर्माण, मिट्टी के सजावटी समान और दिया निर्माण की जानकारी ली। मुख्यमंत्री ने महिला समूहों का उत्साहवर्धन किया। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल से पारागांव गौठान समिति की महिलाओं ने चर्चा करते हुए बताया कि यहाँ 5 स्व-सहायता समूह कार्यरत हैं, जिसमें 3 समूह बाड़ी विकास, एक समूह कुक्कुट पालन एवं एक समूह बकरी पालन का कार्य कर रही है। जय माँ गंगा समूह की सदस्य मिथिला निषाद ने बताया 
कि उनके समूह को बाड़ी विकास कार्यक्रम के लिए शासन द्वारा 3 एकड़ जमीन उपलब्ध करायी गयी है, जिसमें समूह के सदस्यों के द्वारा कददू, भिन्डी, बरबट्टी, लौकी और सेमी की सब्जियां लगायी गयी है। उन्होंने बताया कि 35 हजार की लागत में उन्हें लगभग 75 हजार रुपए का लाभ हुआ है। बाड़ी विकास के साथ ही 2 एकड़ जमीन पर समूह की सदस्यों द्वारा गोधन के लिए हरा चारा नेपियर घास का भी उत्पादन किया जा रहा है। हरा चारा का गौठान में उपयोग के पश्चात अन्य समूहों को बेचकर समूह की महिलाओं ने लगभग 56 हजार रुपए का लाभ कमाया। इस मौके पर कृषि मंत्री रविन्द्र चौबे, वन मंत्री मोहम्मद अकबर, नगरीय प्रशासन मंत्री शिव डहरिया, अन्य जनप्रतिनिधिगण, मुख्यमंत्री के अपर मुख्य सचिव सुब्रत साहू, विशेष सचिव डॉ एस. भारतीदासन, कलेक्टर रायपुर सौरभ कुमार और जिला पंचायत के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी मयंक चतुर्वेदी सहित अनेक वरिष्ठ प्रशासनिक अधिकारी उपस्थित थे। निरीक्षण के दौरान दुर्गा स्व सहायता समूह की महिलाओं ने मुख्यमंत्री को गोबर के पाउडर से बने दिए, गमले एवं अन्य कलाकृतियाँ दिखायी। समूह की महिलाओं ने बताया कि दीपावली पर्व के लिये 10 हजार दिए बनाने का ऑर्डर मिला है। महिला सदस्यों ने बताया कि एक सदस्य के द्वारा एक दिन में लगभग 500 दिए बनाये जाते हैं, जिसका मूल्य ढाई रुपये प्रति नग तय किया गया है। समूह की महिलाओं ने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा चलायी जा रही रोजगारपरक योजनाओ से महिलाएं आर्थिक रूप से आत्मनिर्भर हो रही है। मुख्यमंत्री ने राव को वर्मी कम्पोस्ट बनाने की प्रक्रिया से अवगत कराते हुए बताया कि समूह की सदस्यों के द्वारा पशुपालकों से 2 रुपये प्रति किलो की दर से गोबर खरीदी की जाती है, जिससे 50 से 60 दिन में वर्मी कम्पोस्ट तैयार कर लिया जाता है, जो किसानों को समूह के द्वारा 10 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम के दर से उपलब्ध कराया जाता है।
