रायपुर (जनसम्पर्क विभाग)। किसानों की आमदनी बढ़ाने में सौर ऊर्जा के उपयोग में छत्तीसगढ़ देश के अग्रणी राज्यों में शुमार है। कृषि के साथ अन्य क्षेत्रों में सोलर एनर्जी के इस्तेमाल का दायरा राज्य में लागतार बढ़ता जा रहा है। सौर ऊर्जा का उपयोग पेयजल और सुदूर अंचलों के गांवों, अस्पतालों, स्कूलों, छात्रावासों में विद्युत व्यवस्था में भी हो रहा है, इससे मूलभूत सुविधाओं को मजबूती मिल रही है। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल द्वारा ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूत बनाने के प्रयासों के तहत किसानों की आमदनी बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से सोलर सिंचाई पम्प लगाने के काम को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता दी गई है। 
इस दिशा में तेजी से काम हुआ और हाल ही में देश में सर्वाधिक सोलर पम्प स्थापित करने और ऊर्जा संरक्षण के लिए छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य अक्षय ऊर्जा विकास अभिकरण को राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया हैै। छत्तीसगढ़ में ग्लोबल वार्मिंग की चुनौतियों से निपटने के लिए सुराजी गांव योजना के साथ सौर ऊर्जा के इस्तेमाल को प्रोत्साहित किया जा रहा है। सौर ऊर्जा के उपयोग के लिए आधुनिक तकनीक के उपयोग को बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है। नई उद्योग नीति में भी सौर ऊर्जा से विद्युत उत्पादन से जुड़ी इकाईयों की स्थापना को प्राथमिकता की श्रेणी में रखा गया है। राज्य के सुदूर वनांचल क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले किसानों की आर्थिक स्थिति में सुधार के लिए सौर ऊर्जा खासी मददगार साबित हो रही है। राज्य में ऐसे कई हिस्से हैं जहां परम्परागत तरीके से विद्युत की व्यवस्था नहीं हो सकी है, उन क्षेत्रों के किसानों को सिंचाई सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने में सोलर पम्प गेम चंेंजर साबित हो रहे हैं। सौर सुजला योजना के तहत प्रदेश में स्थापित किए गए सोलर सिंचाई पंप के उपयोग से पिछले पांच वर्षों में 6.55 लाख टन कार्बन उत्सर्जन में कमी का अनुमान है। छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार द्वारा सोलर एनर्जी से कृषि के क्षेत्र में बड़े बदलाव लाने के प्रयासों के साथ क्रेड़ा द्वारा सोलर विद्युत केन्द्र, सोलर लाइट, वनांचलों के गांवों में पेयजल उपलब्ध कराने में भी सोलर पम्पों का उपयोग किया जा रहा है, जल जीवन मिशन सहित राज्य शासन की योजना के तहत प्रदेश में 10 हजार 629 सोलर पम्प स्थापित कर 4 लाख 80 हजार से अधिक परिवारों को शुद्ध पेयजल उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है। राज्य के 1480 स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों में प्रकाश की व्यवस्था के लिए 4.70 मेगावाट के ऑफ ग्रिड सोलर पॉवर प्लांटों की स्थापना की गई है। जिससे शासकीय स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों अस्पतालों में प्रकाश की व्यवस्था के साथ साथ जीवन रक्षक मशीनें और वैक्सिन को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए फ्रीजर के लिए विद्युत की आपूर्ति की जा रही है। इस उपलब्धि के लिए क्रेडा को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अवार्ड से सम्मानित किया जा चुका है।
सौर सुजला योजना में 1.17 लाख से अधिक सोलर सिंचाई पंप स्थापित
क्रेडा द्वारा राज्य में पिछले चार वर्षो में प्रदेश में 71 हजार 753 सोलर कृषि पम्पों की स्थापना की गई। 
सोलर सिंचाई पम्पों से लगभग 86,104 हेक्टयेर रकबा सिंचित हुआ है। इन्हें मिलाकर प्रदेश में अब तक 3 एवं 5 हार्स पॉवर के एक लाख 17 हजार से अधिक सोलर सिंचाई पम्पों की स्थापना हो चुकी है। जिससे लगभग एक लाख 17 हजार हेक्टेयर से अधिक की भूमि सिंचित हुई हो रही है। इस योजना से 1 लाख 26 हजार से अधिक किसान लाभान्वित हो रहे हैं।
लघु और सीमांत किसानों को सिंचाई सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने के लिए सौर सिंचाई सामुदायिक परियोजना सतही जल स्त्रोत के निकट बनायी जा रही है। सतही जल के उपयोग से भू-जल का दोहन में भी कमी आएगी। पिछले चार वर्षों में 16 सौर सामुदायिक सिंचाई परियोजनाओं की स्थापना की गई, जिसके माध्यम से लगभग 911 किसानों की 976.17 हेक्टेयर भूमि में सिचाई सुविधा का लाभ मिल रहा है। इन परियोजनाओं में 59 सोलर सिंचाई पम्पों की स्थापना की गई है। इन्हें मिलाकर प्रदेश में अब तक 228 सौर सामुदायिक सिंचाई परियोजना में 334 सोलर सिंचाई पम्प स्थापित किये गए हैं, इसके माध्यम से 2639 किसानों की 2749 हेक्टेयर भूमि में सिंचाई हो रही है।
सौर सुजला में अधिकतम 2 लाख रूपए का अनुदान
सौर सुजला योजना में किसानों को तीन एवं पांच हॉर्स पावर क्षमता के सोलर सिंचाई पंपों की स्थापना के लिए राज्य शासन द्वारा अनुदान अधिकतम 2 लाख रूपए तक का अनुदान दिया जा रहा है। तीन एचपी के पंप की स्थापना के लिए अनुसूचित जाति एवं अनुसूचित जनजातियों के लिए हितग्राहियों को 7 हजार रूपए, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के हितग्राही को 12 हजार रूपए तथा सामान्य वर्ग के हितग्राही को 18 हजार रूपए अंशदान देना होता है। इसी तरह 5 हॉर्स पावर तक के सिंचाई पंप के स्थापना के अनुसूचित जाति एवं अनुसूचित जनजाति के हितग्राही को 10 हजार रूपए, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के हितग्राही को 15 हजार रूपए तथा सामान्य वर्ग के हितग्राही को 20 हजार रूपए अंशदान देना होता है। शेष राशि राज्य शासन द्वारा अनुदान के रूप में दी जाती है। अकेले प्रदेश में स्थापित सोलर पंपों से पिछले 5 वर्षों में 6.55 लाख टन कार्बन उत्सर्जन में कमी हुई है। सौर समुदायिक सिंचाई योजना के लिए लघु एवं सीमांत किसानों के ऐसे समूह जिनके पास कम से कम 10 हेक्टेयर कृषि भूमि है। प्रति हेक्टेयर 1 लाख 80 हजार रूपए का अनुदान दिया जा रहा है। इसी तरह 4 किलोवॉट मॉड्यूल सहित 5 टन स्टोरेज क्षमता के सोलर कोल्ड स्टोरेज की स्थापना के लिए 4 लाख रूपए प्रति यूनिट अनुदान दिया जा रहा है।
चार हजार 970 गौठानों में सोलर सिंचाई पंप स्थापित
पिछले चार वर्षों में सिंचाई सुविधा के विस्तार के लिए नदी नालों के निकट स्थित खेतोें को सिंचित करने के लिए 59 वृहद सोलर पम्प स्थापित किये गए हैं।
जिनके माध्यम से 976 हेक्टेयर सामुदायिक कृषि रकबा सिंचित हो रहा है। इसके अलावा सुराजी गांव योजना नरवा, गरवा, घुरवा, बाड़ी के तहत 4970 गौठानों में सोलर पम्प स्थापित कर पशुओं के लिए पेयजल और चारागाहों में सिंचाई सुविधा की व्यवस्था की गई है। सोलर पेयजल योजना के अंतर्गत पिछले चार वर्षों में पहुंच विहीन गांवों में 6093 सोलर ड्यूल पम्प स्थापित कर 3 लाख से अधिक परिवारों को 24 घंटे शुद्ध पेयजल उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है। इसके अलावा जल जीवन मिशन के अंतर्गत 4536 ड्यूल पम्प स्थापित कर ग्रामीण अंचलों के घरों में नल कनेक्शन के माध्यम से शुद्ध पेयजल की आपूर्ति की व्यवस्था की गई है। इस योजना में 12 मीटर एवं 9 मीटर ऊंचाई पर 10 लीटर क्षमता की पानी टंकी स्थापित कर घरों में पेयजल की आपूर्ति की जा रही है। इस योजना के अंतर्गत एक लाख 80 हजार परिवार लाभान्वित हो रहे हैं।
एक लाख 38 हजार से अधिक घरों का सोलर विद्युतीकरण
पिछले चार वर्षों में गांवों और कस्बों के चौक-चौराहों, हाट बाजारों में 3155 सोलर हाईमास्ट लाईट स्थापित की गई हैं। इन्हें मिलाकर राज्य में 3924 सोलर हाई मास्ट की स्थापना हो चुकी है। इसी तरह दूरस्थ पहुंच विहीन क्षेत्रों में जहां बिजली का तार खींचकर बिजली नहीं पहुंचाई जा सकती, वहां के गांवों और मजरे टोलों के 80 हजार 859 घरों में सोलर लाईट के माध्यम से प्रकाश की व्यस्था की गई है। इन्हें मिलाकर सोलर संयंत्रों के माध्यम से 920 गांवों के एक लाख 38 हजार से अधिक घरों का सोलर विद्युतीकरण किया जा चुका है।
भवनों की छत पर 2232 सौर संयंत्र स्थापित
वर्ष 2022-23 में सोलर पंप के माध्यम से नदी, एनीकटों में उपलब्ध जल से तालाबों को भरने की योजना को इंदिरा गांव गंगा योजना के रुप में लागू किया गया है। इस योजना में चार वर्षों में 21 गांवों के 33 तालाबों को भरने का काम पूरा किया गया। प्रदेश में 326 सौर ऊर्जा आधारित जल शुद्धिकरण संयंत्र की स्थापना की गयी है। राज्य के शासकीय एवं निजी भवनों की छत में ग्रिड कनेक्टेड 196 तथा ऑफ ग्रिड कनेक्टेड 2232 सौर संयंत्रों की स्थापना की जा चुकी है। इनके अलावा 433 मेगावॉट क्षमता के 37 वृहद स्तर पर ग्रिड कनेक्टेड सोलर पावर प्लांट स्थापित किए गये हैं। राज्य के ऐसे स्थानों में जहां नियमित बिजली आपूर्ति संभव नहीं हो पाती या जहां वोल्टेज फ्ल्कचुएशन की स्थिति बनी रहती है, वहां सब्जियों, फल-फूलों के सुरक्षित भंडारण के लिए 270 किलोवॉट क्षमता के 65 सोलर कोल्ड स्टोरेज स्थापित किए गए हैं। राज्य शासन के प्रोत्साहन से प्रदेश में सौर ऊर्जा का उपयोग बढ़ रहा है। सौर सुजला योजना किसानों के मध्य काफी लोकप्रिय हो रही है। सोलर ऊर्जा के उपयोग के लिए राज्य शासन द्वारा विभिन्न योजनाओं में अनुदान दिया जा रहा है। आने वाले समय में छत्तीसगढ़ इस क्षेत्र में नए कीर्तिमान स्थापित करेगा।
