रायपुर (जनसम्पर्क विभाग)। मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर कहा कि ’गढ़बो नवा छत्तीसगढ़’ में प्रदेश के युवाओं और महिलाओं की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होगी। गौठानों में विकसित किए जा रहे रूरल इंडस्ट्रियल पार्क की गतिविधियों में युवाओं और महिलाओं को जोड़ा जा रहा है। इससे युवाओं और महिलाओं को रोजगार और आमदनी का अच्छा जरिया मिलेगा। बघेल ने कहा कि गौठानों में किसान स्वयं पैरादान कर रहे हैं। पैरादान के लिए किसानों को और अधिक प्रोत्साहित किया जाना चाहिए। जब गौठानों में पशुओं के लिए चारा और पानी की व्यवस्था होगी, तो पशु खेती और सड़कों के बजाय गौठानों में रहेंगे। उन्होंने प्रदेश के अधिक से अधिक गौठानों में पैरा के बंडल बनाने के लिए बेलर मशीन उपलब्ध कराने के प्रयास करने के निर्देश अधिकारियों को दिए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि रूरल इंडस्ट्रियल पार्क में ऐसे उत्पाद प्राथमिकता के आधार पर तैयार किए जाएं, जिनकी शासन को जरूरत है या जिनके मार्केट में अच्छी मांग है। मुख्यमंत्री ने इस संदर्भ में बताया कि राजिम विधानसभा क्षेत्र में भेंट-मुलाकात के दौरान एक महिला ने बताया कि वर्मी कम्पोस्ट के लिए उपयोग में आने वाली बोरियों में उन्होंने प्रिंटिंग का काम कर 4 लाख रूपए की कमाई की है। उन्होंने कहा कि अच्छे उत्पादों को तैयार करने के लिए युवाओं और महिलाओं को प्रशिक्षण दिया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि रूरल इंडस्ट्रियल पार्क के जरिए आने वाले समय में छत्तीसगढ़ के ग्रामीण अंचलों में एक मजबूत अर्थव्यवस्था खड़ी होगी, जो देश और दुनिया के लिए उदाहरण होगी। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि गोबर खरीदी के एवज में भुगतान की जा रही राशि लगातार बढ़ रही है। लोग गौठानों से जुड़ रहे हैं, गोबर और वर्मी कम्पोस्ट का महत्व समझ रहे हैं। भंेट-मुलाकात के दौरान कुछ गौठान समितियांें ने स्वयं की राशि से आर्थिक गतिविधियों के लिए शेड बनाने की मांग की। कृषि मंत्री रविन्द्र चौबे ने कहा कि प्रदेश में 11 हजार 252 गौठानों को स्वीकृति दी गई है, जिनमें से 9 हजार 619 गौठान निर्मित किए गए हैं, इनमें से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रो में 8440 गौठान निर्मित किए गए हैं। इन गौठानों में से 4270 गौठान स्वावलंबी हो गए हैं। गोबर खरीदी, वर्मी कम्पोस्ट के उत्पादन और वितरण का काम विभिन्न विभागों के समन्वय से किया जा रहा है। आने वाले समय में वर्मी कम्पोस्ट का उत्पादन छत्तीसगढ़ में एक बड़ा अभियान बनेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि रीपा की गतिविधियांे को युवाओं को जोड़कर और अधिक बढ़ाया जाएगा। गोधन न्याय मिशन के प्रबंध संचालक डॉ. अय्याज तम्बोली ने बताया कि गोबर खरीदी के एवज में गोधन न्याय योजना शुरू होने के बाद से अब तक 188.45 करोड़ रूपए तथा गौठान समितियों और महिला स्व सहायता समूहों को लाभांश की राशि के रूप में 170.05 करोड़ रूपए की राशि का भुगतान किया जा चुका है। उन्होंने बताया कि अब तक गौठानों में 19.82 लाख क्विंटल वर्मी कम्पोस्ट का उत्पादन किया गया है। इसमें से 16.24 लाख क्विंटल वर्मी कम्पोस्ट का विक्रय किया जा चुका है। डॉ. तम्बोली ने बताया कि गौठानों में अब तक पैरादान से 2.25 लाख क्ंिवटल पैरा मिला है।
