-7 दिग्गज भारतीय कंपनियां निर्माण की होड़ में
नईदिल्ली । नेशनल हाई स्पीड रेल कॉरपोरेशन लिमिटेड (एनएचएसआरसीएल) ने बुधवार को अहमदाबाद-मुंबई बुलेट ट्रेन परियोजना के निर्माण कार्य के लिए लगभग 20,000 करोड़ रुपए के पहले टेंडर निवेश के लिए बोलियां रखीं। यह टेंडर प्रोजेक्ट के 47त्न हिस्से को कवर करता है। गुजरात में बनने वाले इस 237 किलोमीटर लंबे ट्रैक के लिए बोली लगाने वाली सभी कंपनियां भारतीय रहीं।
टाटा प्रोजेक्ट्स, लार्सन एंड टुब्रो, एफकॉन्स इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर लिमिटेड और इरकॉन इंटरनेशनल लिमिटेड सहित 7 दिग्गज कंपनियां मुंबई-अहमदाबाद हाई स्पीड रेल कॉरिडोर यानी बुलेट ट्रेन परियोजना के निर्माण की होड़ में हैं।
इस प्रोजेक्ट के तहत कुल 508 किलोमीटर लंबे रेल कॉरिडोर का निर्माण होना है। यह टेंडर गुजरात के वापी से लेकर वडोदरा के बीच रेल ट्रैक के निर्माण के लिए जारी किया गया है। इसमें चार शहरों वापी, बिलिमोरा, सूरत और भरूच मे रेलवे स्टेशन का भी निर्माण होगा। इसके रास्ते में 24 नदियां और 30 रोड क्रॉसिंग आएंगे। जिस दूरी के लिए टेंडर जारी किया गया है उसका पूरा हिस्सा गुजरात में पड़ता है, जिसके लिए 83त्न जमीन का अधिग्रहण हो चुका है।
एनएचएसआरसीएल ने कहा कि यह गुजरात के वापी और वडोदरा के बीच बुलेट ट्रेन के 47 फीसदी हिस्से को कवर करने वाले सबसे बड़े टेंडरों में से एक है। इस काम में इस कॉरिडोर पर चार स्टेशनों का निर्माण भी शामिल है।
एक आधिकारिक विज्ञप्ति के अनुसार, सात प्रमुख बुनियादी ढांचा कंपनियों से जुड़े तीन बोलीदाताओं ने प्रतिस्पर्धी बोली में भाग लिया। इनमें से दो कंसोर्टियम, एफकॉन इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर- इरकॉन इंटरनेशनल-जेएमसी प्रोजेक्ट्स इंडिया और एनसीसी-टाटा प्रोजेक्ट-जे कुमार इंफ्रा प्रोजेक्ट्स हैं और जिस कंपनी ने इसके लिए बोली लगाई है, वह है लार्सन एंड टुब्रो।
एक रिपोर्ट में कहा गया था कि अगले लोकसभा चुनाव से पहले तक सरकार देश की पहली बुलेट ट्रेन परियोजना को गुजरात के हिस्से में शुरू कर सकती है। बता दें कि इस परियोजना के लिए महाराष्ट्र में भूमि अधिग्रहण में देरी हुई है। बुधवार को, रेल मंत्रालय ने राज्यसभा को सूचित किया कि मार्च 2020 से पहले भूमि अधिग्रहण में देरी, विशेष रूप से महाराष्ट्र में हुई क्योंकि कुछ स्थानों पर स्थानीय निवासियों ने अधिग्रहण का विरोध किया। इस परियोजना का कुल हिस्सा 508 किमी का है, जिसमें से 349 किमी अकेले गुजरात में आता है। वहीं, महाराष्ट्र में बचा हुआ 159 किमी का हिस्सा है, लेकिन यहां केवल 23 फीसदी जमीन का ही अधिग्रहण हो पाया है।
