देहरादून (संवाददाता)। शिक्षा विभाग में फर्जी प्रमाणपत्रों के जरिए नियुक्ति पाने वाले एक आरोपी को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया। आरोपी को कोर्ट में पेश कर जेल भेज दिया गया। बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग उत्तराखंड में कार्यरत फर्जी शिक्षकों व अन्य समस्त शिक्षकों के प्रमाण पत्रों की जांच अपराध अनुसंधन विभाग खंड देहरादून के विशेष अन्वेषण दल एसआईटी द्वारा की गई थी। एसआईटी टीम द्वारा जांच में रा0उ0प्रा0वि0 सुनार गांव, खंड डोईवाला में नियुत्त Óसहायक अध्यापक पुरुषोत्तम यादवÓ के शैक्षिक प्रमाण पत्रों की जांच करने पर पाया कि यादव द्वारा नियुत्ति के समय शिक्षा विभाग को दिए गए अपने हाईस्कूल के अंकपत्र व प्रमाण पत्र फर्जी थे। इसके क्रम एसआईटी द्वारा आवश्यक कार्यवाही हेतु रिपोर्ट शिक्षा विभाग को भेजी गई, शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा एसआईटी जांच के आधर पर पुरुषोत्तम यादव की विभाग से सेवा समाप्ति कर थाना डोईवाला पर एफआईआर हेतु प्रार्थना पत्र दिया गया। प्रार्थना पत्र के आधार पर थाना डोईवाला में अभियुत्त पुरुषोत्तम यादव के विरुद्ध 15-10-18 को धरा 420/ 467/ 468/ 471 आईपीसी का अभियोग पंजीकृत किया गया, जिसकी विवेचना एसएसआई मनमोहन सिंह नेगी के सुपुर्द की गई। विवेचना के दौरान दपुरुषोत्तम यादव के हाईस्कूल व इंटरमीडिएट अंक पत्र व प्रमाण पत्र व मूल निवास प्रमाण पत्र फर्जी पाए गए। अभियुत्त अभियोग पंजीकृत होने के बाद से ही अपनी गिरफ्तारी से बचने के लिए फरार चल रहा था। वांछित अभियुत्त की गिर!तारी हेतु टीम गठित की गई। टीम द्वारा अभियुत्त की गिरफ्तारी हेतु अथक प्रयास किए गए, परंतु अभियुत्त का देहरादून का पता फर्जी पाए जाने पर अभियुत्त के विषय में कोई जानकारी नहीं मिल पाई। मुखबीर तंत्र के माध्यम से पता करने पर पता चला कि अभियुत्त चांदपुर बिजनौर के आस पास का रहने वाला है। इस पर पुलिस द्वारा चांदपुर, बिजनौर व आसपास के गांव में पूछताछ की गई तो अभियुत्त का मूल पता ग्राम रामपुर बिजनौर का होना पाया गया। गांव में मालूम करने पर पता चला की अभियुत्त गांव से भी फरार चल रहा है तथा कभी-कभी घर में आता है। इस पर वांछित अभियुत्त की सुरागरस्सी/पतारस्सी के संबंध में क्षेत्रा में मुखबिर मामूर किए गए। मुखबिर द्वारा सूचना दी गई कि अभियुत्त घर पर आया हुआ है, इस पर तत्काल उच्चाधिकारियों को अवगत कराते हुए अभियुत्त के निवास स्थान ग्राम रामपुर, जिला बिजनौर, उत्तर प्रदेश पर दबिश दी गई तथा अभियुत्त को गिरफ्तार किया गया। अभियुत्त को आज न्यायालय के समक्ष पेश कर न्यायिक अभिरक्षा में जिला कारागार भेज दिया गया।
