- नई दिल्ली/देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री ने नई दिल्ली में केन्द्रीय सड़क परिवहन मंत्री से की मुलाकात। केन्द्रीय सड़क अवस्थापना निधि के अन्तर्गत 615.48 करोड़ के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी देने तथा राज्य के 06 राज्य मार्गों के साथ ही ऋषिकेश-भानियावाला राज्य मार्ग को राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग घोषित किये जाने का किया अनुरोध। मुख्यमंत्री श्री तीरथ सिंह रावत ने नई दिल्ली में केंद्रीय मंत्री सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग, सूक्ष्म, लघु एवं मध्यम उद्योग श्री नितिन गडकरी से भेंट की। भेंट के दौरान दोनों के मध्य राज्य के विभिन्न मुद्दों पर चर्चा हुई। मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर केंद्रीय मंत्री श्री गडकरी से केन्द्रीय सड़क अवस्थापना निधि(सी.आर.आई.एफ.) के अन्तर्गत भारत सरकार में लम्बित 615.48 करोड़ रुपए के 42 प्रस्तावों पर स्वीकृति का अनुरोध किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा 06 राज्य मार्गों को राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग घोषित किये जाने की सैद्वान्तिक स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई है। भारत सरकार की अपेक्षानुसार राज्य सरकार द्वारा ससमय वांछित प्रस्ताव भारत सरकार को उपलब्ध करा दिया गया। उन्होंने इन 06 राज्य मार्गों को राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के रूप में जल्द अधिसूचित करने का अनुरोध किया। इनमें खैरनारानीखेत, 34 किमी.,बुआखालदेवप्रयाग, 49 किमी.,देवप्रयागगजाखाड़ी, 70 किमी.पाण्डुखालनागचुलाखालउफरीखालबैजरों, 64 किमी. बिहारीगढ़-रोशनाबाद, 33 किमी. लक्ष्मणझूला-दुगड्डा-नैनीडांडा-मोहन-रानीखेत, 274 किमी. शामिल हैं। मुख्यमंत्री श्री तीरथ ने कहा कि राज्य के विश्व प्रसिद्ध चार धामों (बद्रीनाथ, केदारनाथ, गंगोत्री एवं यमुनोत्री) तक जाने वाले श्रद्वालुओं/पर्यटकों के लिए ऋषिकेशभानियावाला, मोटर मार्ग ेीवतज सपदा मार्ग होने के कारण महत्वपूर्ण है। राज्य का महत्वपूर्ण जौलीग्रांट एयरपोर्ट भी ऋषिकेशभानियावाला के मध्य स्थित है। देहरादून-ऋषिकेश के मध्य राज्य मार्ग संख्या24 के द्वारा आवागमन होता है। यह मार्ग 02 लेन का होने के कारण भारी यातायात घनत्व की दृष्टि से पर्याप्त नहीं है। इस भाग के चैड़ीकरण से चारों धामों की जौलीग्रांट एयरपोर्ट तक पहुंच अत्यन्त सुगम हो जायेगी। यह मार्ग राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के रूप में अधिसूचित न होने से सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की योजनाओं में सम्मिलित नहीं हो पा रहा है। इसके व्यापक महत्व को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए इसे राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग घोषित किये जाने का उन्होंने केन्द्रीय मंत्री श्री गडकरी से अनुरोध किया। केन्द्रीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग मंत्री श्री नितिन गडकरी ने कहा की सभी मांगों पर गहनता से विचार कर उचित समाधान निकाला जाएगा। देवभूमि उत्तराखंड के चारों धामों में श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधा के दृष्टिगत केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा हर संभव मदद की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा जिन समस्याओं से अवगत किया गया, उनका राज्य हित में शीघ्र समाधान किया जाएगा।
