नैनीताल । हरिद्वार में कुंभ मेले को लेकर हाईकोर्ट गंभीर है। पहले हाईकोर्ट ने मेले में बाहर से आने वालों के एनटी-पीसीआर टैस्ट को अनिवार्य करने के निर्देश दिए थे। अब हाईकोर्ट नैनीताल ने सरकार को जांच बढ़ाने के निर्देश दिए। बुधवार को हाईकोर्ट ने कुंभ मेले में रोजाना 50 हजार कोरोना टेस्ट करवाने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
इसके साथ ही कोर्ट ने मेला पार्किंग और गंगा घाटों के पास मोबाइल चिकित्सा वाहन तैनात करने का आदेश भी दिया है। वहीं कोर्ट ने कहा है कि कुंभ मेला के दौरान एसओपी का सख्ती से पालन किया जाए। कहा है कि मेला क्षेत्र में क्वालिफाइड चिकित्सकों की तैनाती हो।
कोर्ट ने कहा कि जिन लोगों ने कोरोना वैक्सीन की पहली डोज लगाई है, उनके लिए भी कोरोना निगेटिव रिपोर्ट जरूरी है। कुंभ क्षेत्र में भी वैक्सीनेशन किए जाए। गंगा घाटों और कुंभ मेला क्षेत्र में जल पुलिस की तैनाती करें। केंद्र की एसओपी का सख्ती से पालन करें। इस संबंध में कोर्ट ने 13 अप्रैल तक रिपोर्ट मांगी है।
कल एक अप्रैल से शुरू हो रहा है कुंभ मेला
जनवरी माह से चलने वाला कुंभ मेले को इस बार कोरोनाकाल के चलते सरकार ने सिर्फ एक माह का कर दिया है। कल एक अप्रैल से 30 अप्रैल तक चलने वाले इस मेले में श्रद्धालु बिना कोविड निगेटिव आरटीपीसीआर रिपोर्ट के जिले की सीमा में दाखिल नहीं हो पाएंगे। बुधवार-गुरुवार की मध्यरात्रि से महाकुंभ के आधिकारिक रूप से शुरू होने के साथ कोविड एसओपी लागू हो जाएगी। इस दौरान राज्यसीमा और मेला क्षेत्र में श्रद्धालुओं की रैंडम कोविड जांच भी होगी।
