ऋषिकेश (दीपक राणा) ।कोतवाली ऋषिकेश में शिकायतकर्ता हसमुद्दीन पुत्र इस्लाम निवासी ब्रह्मवाला,लोहिया नगर, देहरादून के द्वारा एक शिकायती प्रार्थना पत्र दिया गया कि मेरा 10 वर्षीय नाबालिक पुत्र पिछले 10 दिनों से मेरे साथ काले की ढाल ऋषिकेश मेरे गमले की दुकान पर मेरे साथ रह रहा था। जो दिनांक 28 जनवरी 2021 की शाम 3:00 बजे से गायब है। काफी तलाश करने के बाद भी जिसकी कोई जानकारी नहीं हो पाई है। शिकायतकर्ता की उक्त शिकायत पर तत्काल संबंधित धाराओं में मुकदमा पंजीकृत कर गुमशुदा बालक की तलाश प्रारंभ की गई। श्रीमान वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक महोदय जनपद देहरादून के द्वारा तत्काल नाबालिक बालक की सकुशल बरामदगी हेतु आदेशित किया गया। जिस पर पुलिस अधीक्षक देहात व क्षेत्राधिकारी ऋषिकेश महोदय के निर्देशन में प्रभारी निरीक्षक कोतवाली ऋषिकेश महोदय द्वारा वर्दी एवं सदा वस्त्रों में टीम गठित की गई।
गठित टीम द्वारा किया गया प्रयास
1- गुमशुदा बालक के परिवारजनों दोस्तों व ऋषिकेश के दुकान के आसपास लोगों से पूछताछ की गई।
2- काले की ढाल स्थित दुकान से जाने वाले रास्तों, संस्थानों, दुकानों आदि पर लगे 70 से अधिक सीसीटीवी कैमरों में उस बालक की तलाश की गई।
3- ऋषिकेश, लक्ष्मण झूला तपोवन, रायवाला आदि के सभी होटल ढाबों धर्मशाला आदि पर चेकिंग की गई।
4- सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से गुमशुदा के विषय में जानकारी प्रसारित कर तलाश करने का प्रयास किया गया।
जिस पर गठित टीम द्वारा उक्त नाबालिक बालक को भरत विहार स्थित काली कमली के बगीचे से सकुशल ।बरामद कर लिया गया है।
जहां उसको माननीय न्यायालय के समक्ष उसके बयान कराकर उसके परिवार जनों के सकुशल सुपुर्द कर दिया गया है।
