देहरादून/ ऋषिकेश (दीपक राणा)। डीएफओ टिहरी द्वारा ऋषिकेश के एक वरिष्ठ पत्रकार को धमकी दिए जाने के प्रकरण के संबंध में आज पत्रकारों के शिष्टमंडल ने उत्तराखंड विधानसभा अध्यक्ष श्री प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल के समक्ष इस मामले में आवश्यक कार्यवाही किये जाने की मांग रखी।इस संदर्भ में विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने विषय का संज्ञान लेते हुए मौके पर ही मुख्य वन संरक्षक जयराज को दूरभाष पर उचित कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिए।
विधानसभा अध्यक्ष के कैंप कार्यालय में आज राष्ट्रीय सहारा के ब्यूरो प्रभारी जितेंद्र चमोली के नेतृत्व में पत्रकारों के शिष्टमंडल ने विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ऋषिकेश में आए दिन पत्रकारों के उत्पीड़न, धमकी और प्रेस की आजादी का संज्ञान लेने के संदर्भ में अपना प्रार्थना पत्र सौंपा।
इस अवसर पर राष्ट्रीय सहारा के ब्यूरो प्रभारी जितेंद्र चमोली ने विधानसभा अध्यक्ष को अवगत कराया कि नरेंद्रनगर वन विभाग के अंतर्गत मुनी की रेती में वन भूमि पर एक होटल स्वामी द्वारा कई माह से पुस्ते का निर्माण कर सड़क बनाई जा रही थी।विगत दिनों उनके द्वारा ईमानदारी के साथ निर्भीक होकर वन विभाग की लापरवाही का खुलासा किया गया तो डीएफओ टिहरी श्री डीएस मीणा और वन क्षेत्राधिकारी स्पर्श काला ने उन्हें अपमानित कर जेल भेजने की धमकी दी।
इस अवसर पर पत्रकारों ने धमकी देने वाले डीएफओ से लिखित माफी मांगे जाने एवं अधिकारी के अन्यत्र स्थानांतरण किए जाने कि मांग विधानसभा अध्यक्ष के समक्ष रखी।साथ ही सरकारी अफसरों का रवैया तानाशाही पूर्ण ना हो,इसके लिए विधानसभा अध्यक्ष को संरक्षक की भूमिका निभाने की बात कही।
इस अवसर पर विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने पत्रकारों की बात सुनकर मामले का तुरंत ही संज्ञान लिया एवं मौके पर ही मुख्य वन संरक्षक जयराज को दूरभाष पर पत्रकारों के साथ इस प्रकार के भेदभाव एवं उत्पीड़न जैसे प्रकरण पर शीघ्र ही आवश्यक कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिए। श्री अग्रवाल ने कहा कि पत्रकार लोकतंत्र के चौथे स्तंभ होते हैं उनके साथ अधिकारियों के द्वारा इस प्रकार की घटना निंदनीय है।श्री अग्रवाल ने शीघ्र ही मामले की जांच करने की बात कही।
