देहरादून। उत्तराखंड के विद्युत उपभोक्ताओं को आने वाले दिनों में विद्युत मूल्य की बढ़ोत्तरी का झटका लगा सकता है। सोमवार को बोर्ड ऑफ डायरेक्टर ने टैरिफ रेट ढाई प्रतिशत बढ़ाने के लिए यूपीसीएल को उत्तराखंड विद्युत नियामक आयोग में अपील दायर करने की मंजूरी दे दी है। उसके साथ कुंभ के लिए हरिद्वार के ललितारौ और जगजीतपुर में दो बिजलीघर स्थापित करने की अनुमति भी दी गई है। वहीं, क्रय वरीयता नीति-2019 को ऊर्जा निगमों में भी लागू कर दिया है, जिसका सीधा लाभ एमएसएमई को मिलेगा।
सचिव ऊर्जा राधिका झा की मौजदूगी में वसंत विहार स्थित उत्तराखंड पावर कार्पेरेशन मुख्यालय में बोर्ड ऑफ डायरेक्टर की बैठक में ऊर्जा के तीनों निगमों से जुड़े कई अहम मुद्दों पर मंथन हुआ। इसमें सबसे अहम मुद्दा विद्युत टैरिफ की बढ़ोत्तरी का रहा, जिस पर यूपी सीएल के एमडी बीसीके मिश्रा की ओर से कहा गया कि ऊर्जा निगम लगातार घाटे में चल रहा है। आयोग को वित्तीय वर्ष 2019-20 का लेखाजोखा प्रस्तुत करते हुए 2020-21 के लिए विद्युत टैरिफ को बढ़ाने का प्रस्ताव दिया गया था, लेकिन आयोग ने रेट कम करते हुए प्रति यूनिट चार फीसदी तक बिजली दरों में कमी कर दी थी। इससे चालू वित्तीय वर्ष में निगम का घाटा और बढ़ सकता है। इसका हवाला देते हुए यूपीसीएल ने बोर्ड ऑफ डायरेक्टर के समक्ष ढाई प्रतिशत बिजली की दरें बढ़ाने का प्रस्ताव रखा। बोर्ड ने यूपीसीएल के प्रस्ताव पर मंथन करते हुए निगम को वद्युत दरों में बढ़ोत्तरी के लिए उत्तराखंड विद्युत नियामक आयोग (यूईआरसी) में अपील दायर करने की मंजूरी दे दी। ऐसे में यूपीसीएल वित्तीय अभिलेखों के साथ जल्द ही आयोग में अपील दायर कर देगा। वहीं, कुंभ मेले में विद्युत आपूर्ति सुचारू रखने के लिए हरिद्वार के ललितारौ व जगजीतपुर में दो सब स्टेशन स्थापित करने की मंजूरी मिल गई है। इसका लाभ क्षेत्र के उन हजारों उपभोक्ताओं को मिलेगा, जो अभी लो-वोल्टेज आदि की समस्या से जूझ रहे हैं।
