देहरादून (सू0 वि0)। मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने सोमवार को मुख्यमंत्री आवास में उत्तराखण्ड की बहुद्देशीय साधन सहकारी समितियों के कम्यूटरीकरण का शुभारम्भ किया। अगले ०६ माह में में सभी सहकारी समितियों के कम्प्यूटरीकरण का कार्य पूर्ण हो जायेगा। मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र ने कहा कि सहकारी समितियों के कम्यूटरीकरण से कार्यों में पारदर्शिता व तेजी आयेगी। इससे किसानों को बहुत सुविधा होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि कोविड-१९ के कारण उत्तराखण्ड के लोग काफी संख्या में वापस आये हैं। कृषि एवं उससे सबंधित क्षेत्रों में राज्य एवं केन्द्र सरकार का विशेष ध्यान है। बहुद्देशीय साधन सहकारी समितियों में ऑनलाइन की प्रक्रिया से केन्द्र एवं राज्य सरकार की विभिन्न जन कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का किसानों को सीधा फायदा मिलेगा। मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र ने नाबार्ड के अध्यक्ष श्री जी.आर चिंतला से वीडियो कांफ्रेंस के माध्यम से वार्ता की। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में निगमों का विस्तार किया गया गया है। लेकिन विस्तारित क्षेत्र में कृषि कार्यों के लिए बहुत सम्भावनाएं हैं और लोग कृषि कार्य कर रहे हैं। नाबार्ड द्वारा ऐसे क्षेत्रों में क्या योगदान दिया जा सकता है, इस पर जरूर विचार किया जाय।इससे ऐसे क्षेत्रों में कार्य करने वाले किसानों को बड़ा फायदा होगा। राज्य में महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों द्वारा विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में कार्य किया जा रहा है। महिला समूहों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए राज्य सरकार हर सम्भव प्रयास कर रही है। राज्य में महिला समूहों को ०५ लाख रूपये तक का ब्याज मुक्त ऋण दिया जा रहा है। नाबार्ड की ओर से महिला समूहों को और बढ़ावा देने के लिए सहयोग की आवश्यकता होगी। लघु एवं सीमांत कृषकों को भी ब्याज मुक्त ऋण दिया जा रहा है। सहकारिता मंत्री डाॅ. धन सिंह रावत ने कहा कि क्राॅप ऋण के लिए अभी राज्य को नाबार्ड से ५०० करोड़ का लोन मिल रहा है। राज्य सरकार द्वारा कृषकों को फायदा पहुंचाने के लिए अनेक योजनाएं चलाई जा रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य को नाबार्ड से लगभग एक हजार करोड़ रूपये की आवश्यकता होगी। नाबार्ड के अध्यक्ष श्री जी.आर चिंतला ने कहा कि राज्य को हर सम्भव मदद की जायेगी। सहकारिता मंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में ६७० बहुद्देशीय साधन सहकारी समिति हैं। इन समितियों के माध्यम से किसानों को अधिक से अधिक लाभ मिले, इसके लिए प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं। नाबार्ड के अध्यक्ष श्री जी.आर चिंतला ने कहा कि कोविड के दौर में एग्रीकल्चर सेक्टर को बढ़ावा देना जरूरी है। स्वयं सहायता समूहों को बढ़ावा देना जरूरी है। फाॅर्मर प्रोड्यूसर आर्गेनाईजेशन पर नाबार्ड ने विशेष ध्यान दिया है। महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए महिला स्वयं सहायता को अधिक से अधिक बढ़ावा देना जरूरी है। महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों द्वारा विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में अच्छा कार्य किया गया है। यह महिला सशक्तीकरण की दिशा में अच्छा प्रयास है। इस अवसर पर अध्यक्ष उत्तराखण्ड राज्य सहकारी बैंक लि. श्री दान सिंह रावत, मुख्यमंत्री के तकनीकि सलाहकार डाॅ. नरेन्द्र सिंह, आईटी सलाहकार श्री रवीन्द्र दत्त, सचिव सहकारिता श्री आर.मीनाक्षी सुंदरम, निबंधक श्री बाल मंयक मिश्रा, अपर निबंधक श्री आनन्द शुक्ला, श्रीमती ईरा उप्रेती आदि उपस्थित थे।
