देहरादून (संवाददाता)। काउंसिल ऑफ सांइटिफिक रिसर्च एवं सेंट्रल इंस्टीटयूट ऑफ मेडिसनल एंड ऐरोमैटिक प्लांटस लखनऊ के तत्वाधान में मसूरी फेग्रेंस एंड फलेवर्स इंस्टीटयूट के सहयोग से अगरबत्ती प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें महिलाओं को अगरबती बनाने का प्रशिक्षण दिया गया।गुरूवार को लाइब्रेरी स्थित दुग्गलविला में आयोजित अगरबत्ती निर्माण कार्यशाला में सीएसआईआर व सीआईएमएपी से आये विशेषज्ञों ने मसूरी में उपलब्ध औषधीय व सुगंधित पौधे बुरांस, गुलाब, लैवंडर, कैमोमाईल, कपूर काचरी, पहाड़ी पुदीना, टैजिटिस, माइनूटा, मैग्नोलिया, जेरनियम आदि फूलों को उपयोग कर उनसे अगरबत्ती बनाने का प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। कार्यक्रम में बतौर मुख्य अतिथि राज्य निदेशक खादी एवं ग्रामो़द्योग राम नारायण ने कहा कि खाद ग्रामोंउधोग विभाग राज्य मे रोजगार सृजन करने का अवसर प्रदान करता है। विभाग इस तरह की कई योजनाएं चला रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि विश्व में ऐसा कोई संस्थान नही है जहां पांच रूपये लागत से सौ रुपये का कार्य कर सकते हैं। कहा कि पलायन को रोकने, व बेकार पड़ी वस्तुओं का उपयोग कर आय सृजन करने की अनेक योजनाएं सरकार की ओर से चलाई जा रही हैं जहां सड़क व बिजली भी नहीं है वहां भी ऐसी योजनाएं चलाई जा रही है तथा लोगों को रोजगार उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि यहां अगरबत्ती बनाने का प्रशिक्षण दिया जा रहा है अगर इनका कलस्टर बन जाता है तो विभाग के देश में आठ हजार से अधिक बिक्री केंद्र हैं जहां उनके द्वारा निर्मित अगरबत्ती को बाजार उपलब्ध कराया जा सकता है। इस मौके पर लखनऊ से आये सी मैप के वरिष्ठ वैज्ञानिक डा. रमेश श्रीवास्तव ने कहा कि औषधीय व सुगंधित पौधे अगरबत्ती बनाने के लिए प्रयोग किए जाते हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि यह महिला सशक्तिकरण के लिए उपयोगी होने के साथ ही आर्थिक समृद्धि ला सकता है। विज्ञान प्रो़द्योगिकी मंत्रालय भारत सरकार के तत्वाधान में एरोमा मिशन के तहत यह योजना चल रही है। जिसमें फूलों से अगरबत्ती बनाने के साथ ही खेती किसानी का कार्य किया जा सकता है। कार्यक्रम में मौजूद महिला सशक्तिकरण अधिकारी विमला मखलोगा ने कहा कि बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओं के तहत सरकार की ओर से महिलाओं के सशक्तिकरण के लिए अनेक योजनाएं चलाई जा रही हैं।इससे सेल्फ हेल्प ग्रुप बनाकर महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाया जा सकता है। इस मौके पर उन्होंने महिला उत्पीडऩ से बचने के उपाय भी बताये ताकि महिलाएं अपना बचाव कर सकें वहीं स्टाप सेंटर की स्थापना भी की गई है जहां महिलाओं को पांच दिन रखा जा सकता है व वहां पर स्वास्थ सुविधा के साथ ही कानूनी मदद भी दी जाती है।
