प्रयागराज । (संवाददाता)। प्रयागराज में गंगा-यमुना का जलस्तर खतरे के निशान पर आ गया। जिससे धीरे-धीरे मुहल्लों में प्रवेश कर गया और लोग अपना घर-बार छोड़कर अन्यत्र शरण लेने को मजबूर गये हैं हो। मंगलवार की सायं चार बजे तक फाफामऊ का जलस्तर खतरे का निशान (84.73) पार कर एक सेमी आगे गया है हो। फाफामऊ का जलस्तर 84.74 मीटर, छतनाग का 83.98 मीटर एवं नैनी का 84.55 मीटर है। इस प्रकार देखा जाय तो फाफामऊ में 0.5 सेमी, छतनाग में 1 सेमी एवं नैनी में 0.5 सेमी प्रति घंटा की रफ्तार हो गयी है, जो अन्य दिनों की अपेक्षा कम हुआ है। लेकिन लोगों में अभी भय व्याप्त है कि अन्यत्र स्थानों से पानी छोड़े जाने पर अभी और विकराल रूप न धारण कर ले। अधीक्षण अभियन्ता, सिंचाई विभाग प्रयागराज बृजेश कुमार ने बताया कि पानी का जलस्तर धीरे-धीरे कम होगा। लेकिन बाढ़ को लेकर तमाम अफवाहें फैलायी जा रही हैं। जिसके लिए विभागीय बैठक बुलायी गयी है और बैठक के बाद दिशा निर्देश जारी किया जायेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि बाढ़ से निचले कछारी इलाकों में पानी अवश्य भर गया है और लोग घर छोड़ कर अन्यत्र शरण ले रहे हैं। फिलहाल घबराने जैसी कोई बात नहीं है।
