हरिद्वार (संवाददाता)। पथरी स्थित आयुर्वेदिक मेडिकल कालेज को हाई कोर्ट से राहत नहीं मिली है। भारतीय चिकित्सा केंद्रीय परिषद (सीसीआईएम) कॉलेज की मान्यता पहले ही रद कर चुका है। मान्यता न मिलने से कालेज के 240 बच्चों का भविष्य अधर में लटकता नजर आ रहा है। मेडिकल कालेज के सचिव मामले की डबल बेंच में अपील की बात कही है। कॉलेज प्रशासन का कहना है कि इस आदेश के खिलाफ डबल बेंच में अपील की जाएगी। पथरी के पदार्था गांव आयुर्वेदिक मेडिकल कॉलेज वर्ष 2014 से संचालित है। भारतीय चिकित्सा केंद्रीय परिषद (सीसीआईएम) ने मानक पूरे न करने के कारण आयुर्वेदिक मेडिकल कॉलेज की मान्यता समाप्त कर दी थी। सीसीआईएम ने पदार्था स्थित मेडिकल कालेज को 2019-20 की मान्यता नहीं दी थी। जिसको लेकर कालेज प्रबंधकों की ओर से मामला को हाइकोर्ट में डाला गया था। सुनवाई के बाद हाईकोर्ट ने भारतीय चिकित्सा केंद्रीय परिषद के पक्ष में फैसला सुनाया। जिसके चलते उत्तराखंड के आठ मेडिकल कालेज में बीएएमएस करने वाले छात्रों पर संकट की तलवार लटक गई है। पदार्था में संचालित मेडिकल कालेज में पिछले चार वर्षों में 180 बच्चों ने अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन कराया हुआ है। इस साल 60 बच्चों ने अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन कराया है। हालांकि अभी बच्चों व उनके अभिभावको को मान्यता नहीं मिलने की कोई जानकारी प्राप्त नहीं हुई है। जानकारी से पता चला है कि पिछले सत्र में एक छात्र की 80 हजार रुपये वार्षिक फीस ली जाती थी, जबकि अब इसको बढ़ाकर 2.15 लाख रूपये कर दिया है। सवाल यह है कि जिन बच्चों ने बीएएमएस की डिग्री के लिये इतना पैसा लगाया है उनके भविष्य का क्या होगा? कालेज में पढऩे वाले 240 बच्चों का भविष्य अधर में लटकता नजर आ रहा है। वर्ष 2014 से संचालित मेडिकल कालेज के अभी तक एक भी बैच पास आउट नहीं हुआ है। वर्ष 2021 में बैच पास आउट होना था उससे पहले ही कालेज की मान्यता समाप्त हो गई। कालेज में पढऩे वाले 240 बच्चों का भविष्य पर हाईकोर्ट की तलवार लटक गई है। हालांकि मेडिकल कालेज के सचिव मुबारक अली का कहना है कि हाईकोर्ट ने जो फैसला दिया है हम उसको लेकर डबल बेंच में जाएंगे। वहां भी सुनवाई नहीं होती है तो हम सुप्रीम कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाएंगे। बीएएमएस की पढ़ाई कराता है कॉलेज-कॉलेज एक मात्र बीएएमएस की पढ़ाई कराता है। अभी भी बच्चे रोज की तरह कॉलेज पहुंच रहे है। करीब 240 भावी चिकित्सकों का भविष्य खतरे में आ गया है। कुछ ऐसे भी छात्र है जिनकी पढ़ाई पूरी होने में डेढ़ ही साल शेष रह गया है।
