रायपुर (जनसंपर्क विभाग)। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल 9 दिसम्बर को सबेरे 10.30 बजे ग्राम तेंदुआ नवा रायपुर अटल नगर में इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ ड्राईविंग एण्ड ट्रैफिक रिसर्च छत्तीसगढ़ का लोकार्पण करेंगे। परिवहन मंत्री श्री मोहम्मद अकबर इस कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता करेंगे। लोकसभा सांसद श्री सुनील सोनी, कृषि मंत्री श्री रविन्द्र चौबे, संसदीय सचिव श्री शिशुपाल सोरी और श्री चन्द्रदेव राय तथा विधायक श्री धनेन्द्र साहू कार्यक्रम में विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित रहेंगे।
इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ ड्राईविंग एण्ड ट्रैफिक रिसर्च की स्थापना 17 करोड़ रूपए की लागत से ग्राम तेंदुआ में 20 एकड़ के विशाल भू-भाग पर की गई है। इस इंस्टीट्यूट में मारूति सुजुकी कंपनी के विशेषज्ञ प्रशिक्षकों द्वारा ड्राईविंग का प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा। सड़कों में परिवहन व्यवस्था सुरक्षित और सुचारु हो, हादसे कम से कम हो इस उद्देश्य से युवाओं को भारी वाहन और नॉन कमर्शियल वाहनों को चलाने की गुणवत्ता पूर्ण ट्रेनिंग न्यूनतम दरों पर दी जाएगी तथा ट्रैफिक नियमों से उन्हें अवगत कराया जाएगा। नवा रायपुर के प्राकृतिक सौन्दर्य के बीच स्थित इस इंस्टीट्यूट प्रशिक्षण की सभी मॉडर्न सुविधाओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए बनाया गया है।
इंस्टीट्यूट में ट्रक, बस जैसे बड़े वाहनों को चलाने के लिए 30 दिन की ट्रेनिंग तथा नॉन कमर्शियल वाहनों को चलाने के लिए 21 दिन की ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी। इस इंस्टीट्यूट में ट्रेनिंग के लिए 5 स्मार्ट क्लास रूम बनाए गए है , जहां एक साथ लगभग 250 लोगों को ट्रेनिंग दी जा सकती है। प्रशिक्षणार्थियों को ट्रैफिक नियमों तथा अन्य रोड सेफ्टी मैनुअल्स से अवगत कराया जाएगा। ट्रेनिंग पूरी करने के बाद छात्रों को लायसेंस तुरंत बनाकर दिया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही हैवी वाहन चलाने वालों को प्रदेश भर के फैक्ट्रियों में नौकरी दिलाने में सहायता की जाएगी।
प्रशिक्षणार्थियों को इंस्टीट्यूट में अत्याधुनिक तकनीकों से युक्त सिम्युलेटर के माध्यम से ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी। लाईट मोटर व्हीकल के लिए एलएमव्ही सिम्युलेटर तथा हैवी मोटर व्हीकल के लिए एचएमवी सिम्युलेटर की सुविधा इंस्टीट्यूट में उपलब्ध है। ड्रायविंग के वक्त आने वाली कठिन परिस्थितियों जैसे बारिश, ऑधी, तूफान इत्यादि से रूबरू कराने के लिए रियल टाईम सिम्युलेटर भी स्थापित किया गया है।
इंस्टीट्यूट में वाहन के टेक्निकल एक्सपेक्ट को समझााने के लिए टेक्निकल लैब मौजूद है, जहां इंजन, ब्रेक तथा अन्य पार्ट्स की वर्किंग को लाइव मॉडल के द्वारा समझाया जाएगा। यह आवासीय इंस्टीट्यूट है, जहां छत्तीसगढ़ के युवा सर्व सुविधा युक्त हॉस्टल में रहकर ट्रेनिंग ले सकेंगे। इंस्टीट्यूट में राज्य के दूरदराज से युवा ट्रेनिंग के लिए उत्सुकता दिखा रहे हैं।
इंस्टीट्यूट में एक साथ 80 छात्रों के ठहरने की व्यवस्था की गयी है और उन्हें उत्तम आहार मिल सके उसके लिए कैंटीन भी बनाया गया है।
ट्रेनिंग के साथ ही साथ इंस्टीट्यूट में छात्रों के मनोरंजन का भी ध्यान रखा गया है जिसके लिए टीवी रूम, प्ले एरिया तथा ज्ञानवर्धन के लिए एक लाईब्रेरी की व्यवस्था की गयी है। ट्रेनिंग के साथ ही साथ छात्रों के शारीरिक एवं मानसिक स्वास्थ्य का ध्यान रखते हुए योगा रूम तथा मेडिकल रूम भी बनाए गए है। इंस्टीट्यूट में मीटिंग के लिए मीटिंग रूम, कॉन्फ्रेंस हेतु वातानुकुलित कॉन्फ्रेंस रूम तथा सभी कार्य सुचारू रूप से हो उसके लिए एडमिन रूम बनाए गए है। इंस्टीट्यूट में एक विशाल वातानुकूलित ऑडिटोरियम भी बनाया गया है। इंस्टीट्यूट में ट्रेनिंग के लिए अलग-अलग तरह के ट्रैक बनाए गए हैं, जिसमें अलग-अलग तरह की परिस्थितियों में युवा बेहतर ड्रायविंग सीख सकें। आईडीटीआर में आठ आकृति वाले ट्रैक, ग्रेडीयंट, रिवर्स पार्किंग, लेन चेंजिंग्स का प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा।
