देहरादून। उत्तराखंड के आबकारी महकमें पर घपले-घोटाले के आरोप लगना कोई नई बात नही हैं। राज्य गठन के बाद से ही यह महकमा घोटालो का अड्डा बनकर रह गया है। इस महकमे के अधिकारी कब क्या कर दें किसी को कानोकान खबर नहीं होती है। राज्य में सरकार किसी भी पार्टी की रही हो पर आबकारी महकमें में फैले भ्रष्टाचार पर कोई सरकार लगाम नहीं लगा पाई। उत्तराखंड आबकारी महकमें में भ्रष्टाचार का एक ताजा मामला फिर सामने आया है। इस बार भ्रष्टाचार का यह बड़ा खेल हुआ है आॅनलाईन टेंडर के नाम पर। गौरतलब है कि सरकार ने शराब माफियाओं और आबकारी अधिकारियों का गठजोड़ तोड़ने के लिए इस बार आॅनलाईन के जरिए टेंडर की प्रक्रिया शुरू की है। इसके पीछे सरकार की सोच भ्रष्टाचार को लेकर जीरो टालरेंस की नीति अपनाने की थी। क्योंकि इससे पहले शराब माफियाओं और आबकारी अधिकारियों पर गठजोड़ कर सरकार को राजस्व के नुकसान पहुंचाने के आरोप लगते रहे हैं। इसी लिए सरकार ने इस बार पारदर्शी नीति अपनाने के लिए आॅनलाईन टेंडर प्रकिया शुरू की। लेकिन आबकारी अधिकारियों ने इसका भी तोड़ ढूड़ निकाला। कुछ ऐसे ही आरोप आबकारी महकमें और देहरादून जिलाआबाकारी अधिकारी पर लगाए हैं सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता विकेश सिंह नेगी ने।
सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता विकेश सिंह नेगी का कहना है कि राजधानी देहरादून के अंतर्गत आने वाली शराब की 09 दुकानों के लिए आबकारी विभाग ने विगत 15 मई को आॅनलाइन टेंडर आमंतित्र किए। इसमें 5 देशी शराब की दुकाने जिसमें रायवाला, सहसपुर, कुलडी, विकासनगर, हरबर्टपुर, शामिल थी। इसके अलावा विदेशी शराब की 04 दुकाने, जिसमें रायवाला, चकराता, कोटी, पटेलनगर जीएमएसरोड़ शामिल थी।
