रुद्रप्रयाग (संवाददाता)। जिला भेषज विकास संघ द्वारा औद्योगिक क्षेत्र भटवाडीसैंण में सहकारिता एवं उच्च शिक्षा राज्य मंत्री डॉ धन सिंह रावत ने ऑफसेट प्रिटिंग प्रेस का शुभारम्भ किया। इस मौके पर मंत्री ने भेषज संघ के प्रयास की सराहना की और कहा कि इससे जनता को सुविधा मिलेगी साथ ही रोजगार के लिए लाभकारी होगा।जिला उद्योग केन्द्र सभागार में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में धन सिंह रावत ने पालाकुराली, उच्छना, उरोली व रेंगड की दुग्ध समितियो के 15 लाभार्थियों को गंगा गाय योजना में पशुचारा व यातायात के लिए चार हजार चालीस रूपये प्रति लाभार्थी के अनुदान के चेक वितरित किए। उन्होंने कहा कि जिले का उत्पादन दो हजार लीटर होने पर दुग्ध विकास संघ खोल दिया जाएगा। सहकारिता विभाग में सरकारी हस्तक्षेप शून्य करके राज्य सरकार ने लोगों को रोजगार के नए आयाम दिए है । कहा कि हर जिले के मुख्यालय में मार्केटिंग सोसाइटी खोली जाएगी जिससे 10 हजार लोगों को रोजगार से जोड़ा जाएगा। कहा कि राज्य सरकार जीरो टॉलरेंस नीति के तहत सहकारिता विभाग में पारदर्शिता के लिए कम्प्यूटराइजेशन एवं 5 वर्ष में ऑडिट का प्राविधान कर रही है। डेयरी विभाग के सचिवों को 50 पैसा प्रति लीटर की दर से प्रोत्साहन राशि दी जाएगी। धन सिंह ने कहा कि राज्य में 5 किसानों को चयनित कर डीलिट की उपाधि प्रदान की जाएगी। उन्होंने रुद्रप्रयाग विधायक भरत सिंह चौधरी द्वारा जिले के सभी हाईस्कूल व इण्टरमीडिएट विद्यालय को ईलर्निग सेवा से जोडऩे पर आभार व्यक्त किया। कहा कि शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में किए कार्य के लिए 28 फरवरी को श्रीनगर में आयोजित पुस्तक मेले में विधायक को महामहिम राज्यपाल द्वारा सम्मानित किया जाएगा। इस मौके पर रुद्रप्रयाग विधायक विधायक भरत सिंह चौधरी ने कहा कि राज्य के सहकारिता का विकास मॉडल अन्य राज्यों के लिए अनुसरणीय है। अध्ययन में पाया गया है कि समृद्ध राज्यों के विकास का आधार सहकारिता रहा है। साथ ही जल्द ही 17 वर्ष बाद जिले को जल्द ही आरबीआई से जिला सहकारी बैंक की स्वीकृति मिल जाएगी। कार्यक्रम का संचालन भेषज संघ के सचिव वाचस्पति सेमवाल ने किया। इस मौके पर भाजपा जिलाध्यक्ष विजय कप्रवान, नगर पंचायत अध्यक्ष अगस्त्यमुनि अशोक खत्री, केदारनाथ देव प्रकाश सेमवाल, अध्यक्ष कपूर सिंह रावत, डीएम मंगेश घिल्डियाल, एसपी पीएन मीना, एसडीएम सदर देवानंद, सीओ श्रीधर बडोला, महाप्रबन्धक उद्योग पीएस सजवाण, महामंत्री अजय सेमवाल, नगर अध्यक्ष सुनील नौटियाल, दिनेश बगवाड़ी सहित बड़ी संख्या में भाजपा कार्यकर्ता मौजूद थे।
