देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री तीरथ सिंह रावत ने ऋषिकेश पहुंचकर आज एम्स द्वारा शुरू की गई टेलीमेडिसिन सेवा “गरुड़” का उद्घाटन किया। इस टेलीमेडिसिन सेवा के जरिये प्रदेश की सभी 110 तहसीलों में देशभर के 898 प्रशिक्षित मेडिकल और पैरामेडिकल छात्रों द्वारा मेडिकल संबंधी जानकारी और परामर्श दिया जाएगा।
