रुद्रप्रयाग (आरएनएस)। नाबालिग से छेड़छाड़ के मामले में जिला न्यायाधीश हरीश गोयल की अदालत ने एक व्यक्ति को दोषी पाते हुए उसे सात साल के कठोर कारावास की सजा सुनाई जबकि 20 हजार रुपये के अर्थदंड से भी दंडित करने का आदेश सुनाया। मामले में सरकार की ओर से जिला शासकीय अधिवक्ता सुदर्शन चौधरी ने पैरवी की। घटनाक्रम के अनुसार 16 अक्तूबर 2019 को पीडि़त मतदान के दिन रास्ते से स्कूल में जा रही थी तो एलोपैथिक अस्पताल के पास अभियुक्त तिब्बू लाल ने उसका हाथ पकड़ा और उसे जंगल की तरफ ले गया। उसके कपड़े उतारकर उससे छेड़छाड़ की। इतने में वह चिल्लाई और मौके पर गांव की एक महिला आई। उसने किसी तरह नाबालिग को आरोपी के चुंगल से बचा लिया। पीडि़त की मां द्वारा घटना की रिपोर्ट इसी दिन अगस्त्यमुनि थाने में दी गई। पुलिस ने विवेचना के बाद 26 नवम्बर 2019 को आरोप पत्र न्यायालय को प्रस्तुत किए गए। आईपीसी की विभिन्न धाराओं के साथ ही पोक्सो अधिनियम में संज्ञान लिया गया। इस मामले में विशेष न्यायाधीश पोक्सो/ जिला एवं सेशन न्यायालय द्वारा 8 कार्य दिवसों में मामले का त्वरित विचारण कर फैसला सुनाया गया। दोनों पक्षों की दलीलें सुनने के बाद जिला न्यायाधीश हरीश गोयल की अदालत ने तिब्बू लाल को दोषी पाते हुए सात साल के कठोर कारावास की सजा सुनाई जबकि 20 हजार रुपये के अर्थदंड से दंडित करने का आदेश सुनाया। इधर, मामले में सरकार की ओर से जिला शासकीय अधिवक्ता सुदर्शन सिंह चौधरी ने पैरवी की।
