देहरादून (सू0वि0)। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने रविवार को जनपद पौड़ी के अंतर्गत लैंसडाउन क्षेत्र के महाविद्यालय पटोटिया नैनीडांडा परिसर में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में बतौर मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में शिरकत करते हुए क्षेत्र वासियों को विभिन्न विकास परक योजनाओं की सौगात दी। उन्होंने करीब 90 करोड़ की लागत के 15 योजनाओं का शिलान्यास तथा 02 योजनाओं का लोकार्पण एवं कई विकास योजनाओं की घोषणा की।
मुख्यमंत्री ने विधान सभा लैंसडाउन के अंतर्गत विद्युत वितरण उपखंड कार्यालय रिखणीखाल लागत राशि 40.06 लाख, विद्युत वितरण उपखंड कार्यालय नैनीडांडा लागत 21.10 लाख की योजना का लोकार्पण तथा केंद्रीय सड़क अवसरंचना के अंतर्गत पौड़ी गढ़वाल के विकासखण्ड रिखणीखाल में स्व. जगमोहन सिंह मोटर मार्ग(एनएच 9) का सुधारीकरण का कार्य लागत 2019.57 लाख, केंद्रीय अवसंरचना के अंतर्गत मरचोला सुरईखेत बैंजरों पोखड़ा सतपुली पौड़ी राजमार्ग 32 के सुधारीकरण कार्य लागत 1194.30 लाख, विकासखंड नैनीडांडा हल्दुखाल मोटर मार्ग के स्थान काली नदी (कांडी) से राजकीय उत्तर माध्यमिक विद्यालय तथा प्राथमिक विद्यालय चमाडा तक मोटर मार्ग का नव निर्माण कार्य ( द्वितीय चरण स्टेज-1) लागत रुपए 64.03 लाख, विकास खंड नैनीडाडा के अंतर्गत राष्ट्रीय मार्ग संख्या 121 स्थित ढाकरीखाल तोक से कसोना विचला होते हुए चौकीखाल तक सड़क का निर्माण कार्य द्वितीय चरण स्टेज 1 लागत रुपए 34.56 लाख, केंद्रीय अवसंरचना निधि के अंतर्गत घुमाकोट पिपली मोटर मार्ग में डिफेक्ट केटिंग, रिटेनिंग वाल, स्कपर, सुधारीकरण कार्य लागत 197.89 लाख, रिखणीखाल में रेवा रिखणीखाल ग्राम समूह पंपिंग पेयजल योजना लागत रुपए 2791.98 लाख, चेवाड़ा ग्राम समूह पंपिंग पेयजल योजना लागत 910.50 लाख, नैनीडांडा की आदलीखाल ग्राम समूह पंपिंग पेयजल योजना लागत रुपए 814.26 लाख, रिखणीखाल कोटरीसैंण पेयजल योजना लागत रुपए 132.21 लाख, जयहरीखाल के अंतर्गत राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज सिद्धपुर का प्रयोगशाला का निर्माण कार्य लागत 91.66 लाख, जयहरीखाल के अंतर्गत राजकीय इन्टर कालेज सिद्धपुर का 03 कक्ष-कक्षा निर्माण 42.18 लाख, रिखणीखाल के अंतर्गत राजकीय इण्टर कॉलेज सिद्धखाल का भवन निर्माण लागत 180.38 लाख, विकासखण्ड रिखणीखाल के अंतर्गत राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज बड़खेत का 04 कक्षा-कक्ष निर्माण लागत 77.94 लाख, राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज धुमाकोट में सभागार का निर्माण कार्य लागत रुपए 196.86 लाख एवं विकासखंड रिखणीखाल मिनी स्टेडियम का निर्माण कार्य लागत रूपए 97.31 लाख का शिलान्यास किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर कोटा पिंजोली मोटर मार्ग का डामरीकरण, पाणीसैण मोटर मार्ग व डामरीकरण, जडाऊखांद से मजेडा बैंड मोटर मार्ग का डामरीकरण, खाल्यूंडांडा से अपोला सड़क का डामरीकरण, नैनीडांडा मिनी स्टेडियम का विस्तारीकरण, पर्यटन आवास गृह नैनीडांडा, महेली से थवाडा सड़क निर्माण, द्वारीभोंन सड़क का डामरीकरण, डोलियाखाल स्यालखम्भ-चमाड़ा मोटर मार्ग विस्तारीकरण, हल्दुखाल कमन्दा मोटर मार्ग का डामरीकरण, 03 एनएम सेन्टर सारी जयहरीखाल ब्लॉक, बिरखेत चैवाड़ा नैनीडांडा ब्लॉक, तोलियों डांडा रिखणीखाल ब्लॉक आदि की घोषणा की। जबकि कारगिल बीर सैनिक के नाम बसडा बूंगा के नाम कारगिल शहीद वीर सैनिक भरत सिंह नेगी के नाम पर रखने की घोषणा की।
इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा 5 महिलाओं को महालक्ष्मी किट वितरण एवं 10 स्वयं सहायता समूह को चेक वितरण किया गया। साथ ही उन्होंने महाविद्यालय स्थित मंदिर परिसर में माथा टेका।
आयोजित सभा को संबोधित करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि ताड़केश्वर महादेव की इस पावन भूमि को प्रणाम करता हूं। उन्होंने कहा देवताओं की कृपा हम सभी पर हमेशा बनी रहे। उन्होंने कहा यह अमर शहीद जनरल बिपिन रावत की भूमि है। सीडीएस जनरल बिपिन रावत का निधन, देश के साथ ही उत्तराखंड के लिए बड़ी क्षति है उन्होंने कहा हमने एक जनरल से ज्यादा एक अभिभावक को खोया है जो उत्तराखंड के विकास हेतु हमेशा आगे रहते थे। उन्होंने कहा उत्तराखंड का विकास जनरल बिपिन रावत के सपनों के अनुसार हो इस पर हम कार्य करेंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा मेरे मुख्य सेवक की भूमिका में आने के बाद हमारी सरकार ने बीते 5 महीने में 500 से अधिक फैसले लिए हैं उन्होंने कहा आज हुए विभिन्न योजनाओं के लोकार्पण एवं शिलान्यास इस क्षेत्र के विकास में मील का पत्थर साबित होंगी। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हम जनता जनार्दन के आशीर्वाद से हर विकास कार्यों को संपन्न करेंगे। पौड़ी गढ़वाल के प्रत्येक गांव में मूल भूत सुविधाएं पहुंचे इस पर सरकार लगातार कार्य कर रही है। ग्रामोउदय से उत्तराखंड उदय की ओर बढ़ रहें हैं। उन्होंने कहा समाज की अंतिम छोर पर खड़े व्यक्ति का विकास हो, उस तक हर योजनाओं का लाभ पहुँचे इस पर हमारी सरकार कार्य कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखंड मातृशक्ति और युवाओं का प्रदेश है, इनके सहयोग से ही राज्य का विकास संभव है। उन्होंने कहा कि विकल्प रहित संकल्प की अवधारणा के मूल मंत्र पर राज्य में विकास को गति दे रहे है।
उन्होने कहा हमारी सरकार ने लंबे समय से चली आ रही मांगों को देखते हुए पी.आर.डी जवानों, उपनल कर्मियों , ग्राम प्रधानों , आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्रियों , भोजन माताओं का मानदेय बढ़ाने का कार्य किया है। उन्होंने कहा खेल प्रतिभाओं को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए राज्य में नई खेल नीति लाई गई है।उन्होंने कहा हमारी सरकार युवाओं को रोजगार देने पर कार्य कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा विभिन्न विभागों में रिक्त चल रहे 24000 पदों पर भर्ती एवं युवाओं को स्वरोजगार से जोड़ने के लिए युवाओं हेतु प्रत्येक जिले में मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना के अंतर्गत ऋण वितरित किए जा रहे है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने पूरी दुनिया को संदेश दिया कि तीसरा दशक उत्तराखण्ड का होगा। उन्होंने कहा राज्य जब 25 वॉ स्थापना दिवस मना रहा होगा, तब राज्य सभी क्षेत्रों में देश का अग्रणीय एवं आदर्श राज्य होगा। उन्होंने कहा प्रधानमंत्री के नेतृत्व में 21वी सदी का तीसरा दशक उत्तराखंड का दशक होगा, जो पर्यटन स्वास्थ्य शिक्षा रोजगार कृषि जैसे विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में नंबर वन बनेगा। उन्होंने कहा बोधिसत्व विचार श्रृंखला के माध्यम से सरकार विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में कार्य कर चुके अनुभवी लोगों से सुझाव ले रही है। उन्होंने कहा हमारी सरकार हर समय जनता की सेवा में समर्पित है।उन्होंने कहा हमारा प्रण है कि जितना भी समय हमारे पास है उसका प्रत्येक पल और क्षण हम उत्तराखण्ड की जनता की सेवा में समर्पित करें।
कैबिनेट मंत्री बंशीधर भगत ने सरकार की विकास कार्यो की बारे में जानकारी देते मुख्यमंत्री श्री धामी के कार्य शैली की प्रशंसा की।
विधायक महंत दिलीप रावत ने सभा को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के यहां आने से क्षेत्र की समस्याओं का निराकरण होगा उन्होंने कहा मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में उत्तराखंड का चौमुखी विकास हो रहा है। उन्होंने कहा मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा इस क्षेत्र में 90 करोड़ की योजनाओं के शुभारंभ से क्षेत्र में विकास की नई उम्मीद जगाई है।
इस अवसर पर ब्लॉक प्रमुख नैनीडांडा प्रशांत कुमार, जिलाधिकारी डॉ विजय कुमार जोगदंडे, वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक पी रेणुका देवी, सी डी ओ प्रशांत आर्य एवं अन्य लोग मौजूद रहे।
