रायपुर (जनसम्पर्क विभाग)। बस्तर विधानसभा का भैंसगांव ग्राम पंचायत, हजारों की भीड़ में से लोग अपनी अपनी बात मुख्यमंत्री के सामने रख रहे हैं. इस भीड़ में एक बेटी सुबक रही है, आंखों से आंसू बह रहे हैं,कोई भी ध्यान नहीं दे रहा है.लेकिन मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल की पारखी नजरों ने भीड़ में भी रोती हुई बेटी को देख लिया.
लोकेश्वरी नाम की बिटिया को मुख्यमंत्री ने अपने पास बुलाया, उसके सिर पर हाथ फेरा और उसे पानी पिलाया. लोकेश्वरी अब शांत थी उसने मुख्यमंत्री से बात की और बताया कि उसके पिता की 15 साल पहले मौत हो चुकी है. घर ना होने की वजह से अपनी विधवा मां और भाई के साथ अपने मामा के यहां रहने को मजबूर है. आर्थिक स्थिति खराब होने की वजह से वो और उसका भाई पढ़ाई भी नहीं कर पा रहे हैं क्योंकि घरेलू कार्यों में मां की मदद करनी पड़ती है.
रोती हुई लोकेश्वरी के आंसुओं को पोंछते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने तत्काल उसकी मदद की. मदद के लिए आवेदन की आवश्यकता थी तो बस्तर जिले के प्रभारी सचिव डॉ. अयाज भाई तंबोली ने उसका आवेदन अपने हाथों से लिखा और मुख्यमंत्री को दिया. बाल मन की संवेदनाओं को बेहतर समझने वाले मुख्यमंत्री ने इस आवेदन पर तत्काल कार्यवाही करते हुए लोकेश्वरी को 3 लाख रूपए की आर्थिक मदद स्वीकृत कर दी.
रोती हुई लोकेश्वरी अपने चेहरे पर मुस्कान और आंखों में विश्वास की चमक लेकर वापस लौटी क्योंकि यही है तो है छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार का मूलमंत्र, विकास विश्वास और सुरक्षा.
