रोम । प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने शुक्रवार को कहा कि अफगानिस्तान के हालात को अलग कर नहीं देखना चाहिए और अतंरराष्ट्रीय समुदाय को बहुत उल्लेखनीय है कि दो दशक की महंगी लड़ाई के बाद अमेरिका ने 31 अगस्त को अफगानिस्तान से वापसी की लेकिन उससे करीब दो सप्ताह पहले ही तालिबान ने देश की सत्ता पर कब्जा कर लिया था। श्रृंगला ने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री ने विशेष तौर पर कहा कि अफगानिस्तान के हालात को अलग करके नहीं देखा जाना चाहिए। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने कहा कि सुशासन में असफलता और अक्षमता, स्थिति से निपटने में अक्षमता और उसके प्रति रुख भी आत्मचिंतन का विषय है। अधिकारी के मुताबिक प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि अफगानिस्तान से आने वाली धमकी या खतरा कुछ ऐसा है जिसपर अंतरराष्ट्रीय समुदाय को बहुत सतर्क होकर गौर करने की जरूरत है। श्रृंगला ने कहा कि अफगानिस्तान को लेकर मजबूत भावना है जिसे यूरोपीय संघ और इटली के दोनों साझेदार समझते हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि दोनों देशों के प्रधानमंत्रियों ने उन भावनाओं का आदान-प्रदान किया और महसूस किया है यह कुछ ऐसा है जिसपर गौर करने की जरूरत है। उन्होंने बताया कि इस दौरान मानवीय स्थिति पर जोर रहा और इतालवी प्रधानमंत्री ने जी-२० सम्मेलन के दौरान उनकी कोशिशों का संदर्भ दिया जिसमें अफगानिस्तान के लिए समर्थन को बढ़ाना शामिल है ताकि सुनिश्चित किया जा सके कि अफगानिस्तान के लोग मौजूदा स्थिति के दुष्प्रभाव का सामना नहीं करें। श्रृंगला ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने रेखांकित किया कि अफगानिस्तान पर शासन करने वाले और वहां के लोगों में अंतर करना चाहिए और वहां के लोगों को मानवीय सहायता की पेशकश की जानी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि यह सुश्चित करने की जरूरत है कि अफगानिस्तान में सीधे और निर्बाध मानवीय सहायता पहुंचे। ध्यान से युद्धग्रस्त देश से आने वाली धमकी और खतरे को देखना चाहिए। विदेश सचिव हर्षवर्धन श्रृंगला ने संवाददाता सम्मेलन में कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने जी-२० सम्मेलन से इतर इटली के अपने समकक्ष मारियो ड्रैगी से पहली आमने सामने की मुलाकात के दौरान अफगानिस्तान समस्या के मूल की ओर ध्यान दिलाया जिसपर वास्तव में गौर करने की जरूरत है और जो कट्टरवाद, चरमपंथ और आतंकवाद है एवं इनके नतीजों को बहुत सतर्कता से मूल्यांकन करने की जरूरत है।
