वाराणसी/उत्तर प्रदेश। वाराणसी की ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद में आज दूसरे दिन सर्वे का काम होना था। हरिशंकर जैन और विष्णु जैन ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद के परिसर में दाखिल होने के लिए गए थे लेकिन टीम को मस्जिद के अंदर नहीं घुसने दिया गया। इनके साथ वीडियोग्राफर और फोटोग्राफर को भी मस्जिद परिसर में दाखिल होना था। सर्वे टीम बिना सर्वे किए ही वापस लौट आई। इससे पहले हिंदू पक्ष के वकीलों के साथ काशी विश्वनाथ धाम गेट नंबर चार पर बड़ी तादाद में सुरक्षाकर्मी भी मौजूद थे। मुस्लिम पक्ष के वकील ने बयान दिया कि अभी हम सर्वे में सहयोग नहीं करेंगे क्योंकि सुनवाई की तारीख आगे लगी है।
गौरतलब है कि प्रतिवादी अंजुमन इंतजामियां मस्जिद कमेटी की ओर से कोर्ट कमिश्नर को हटाने की मांग वाला प्रार्थना पत्र सिविल जज सीनियर डिविजन के कोर्ट में पेश किया गया। लेकिन इस मामले में फिलहाल कोर्ट कमिश्नर नहीं बदला जाएगा और इसको लेकर अब ९ मई को सुनवाई होगी। मुस्लिम पक्ष का आरोप है कि कोर्ट कमिश्नर की ओर से पक्षपात किया जा रहा है।
प्रार्थना पत्र में मांग की गई कि कोर्ट कमिश्नर अजय कुमार मिश्रा को हटाकर माननीय न्यायालय स्वयं या उनकी जगह किसी दूसरे वरिष्ठ वकील को नियुक्त करे, ताकि निष्पक्ष न्याय हो। इस मामले में कोर्ट ने 1 मई की तारीख मुकर्रर की है। कोर्ट ने सर्वे रोकने को लेकर कोई आदेश नहीं दिया है। कोर्ट कमिश्नर को हटाने की मुस्लिम पक्ष की अर्जी पर सुनवाई के बाद सर्वे का काम जारी किया गया था और अजय मिश्रा ही सर्वे कर रहे थे लेकिन टीम को मस्दिज के अंदर दाखिल नहीं होने दिया गया।
वाराणसी के ज्ञानवापी और श्रृंगार गौरी परिसर में अदालत के आदेश पर शुक्रवार को एडवोकेट कमिश्नर की अगुवाई में एक टीम ने ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद के बाहर के कुछ हिस्सों का वीडियोग्राफी—सर्वे किया। एक स्थानीय अदालत के आदेश पर काशी विश्वनाथ धाम—ज्ञानवापी स्थित श्रृंगार गौरी और अन्य देव विग्रहों की वीडियोग्राफी तथा सर्वे के काम के लिये एडवोकेट कमिश्नर अजय कुमार मिश्र और वादी पक्ष के कई लोग ज्ञानवापी पहुंचे थे। काम शुरू होने से पहले ज्ञानवापी में जुमे की नमाज पढ़ने के लिये बड़ी संख्या में लोग जमा थे। उन्होंने बताया कि इसी दौरान कुछ शरारती तत्वों ने नारेबाजी शुरू कर दी। हालांकि पुलिस ने नारेबाजी कर रहे लोगों को खदेड़ दिया। इस बीच, काशी विश्वनाथ धाम—ज्ञानवापी के आसपास की दुकानें बंद कर दी गयीं।
