देहरादून (संवाददाता। परेड ग्राउंड स्थित हिंदी भवन में नेहरू युवा केंद्र संगठन की ओर से जिला युवा सम्मेलन आयोजित किया गया। इस दौरान राज्य स्तरीय भाषण प्रतियोगिता भी हुई जिसमें करीब 120 युवाओं में भाग लिया प्रतियोगिता का उद्देश्य आगामी गणतंत्र दिवस के समारोह में अधिक से अधिक युवाओं की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करना रहा। प्रतियोगिता में युवाओं ने देश के विभिन्न मुद्दों पर अपने विचार रखे। इस मौके पर युवा केंद्र के डॉक्टर रविंद्र काला नवीन चंद्र हरीश, राशि, सुचिता सेन ने निर्णायक की भूमिका निभाई जबकि कार्यक्रम का संचालन मुन्नी डोलिया ने किया। इस दौरान धर्म सिंह रावत, शीतल संजय, प्रवीण कुमार, शाहिस्ता इकबाल सहित बड़ी संख्या में लोग मौजूद रहे।
