-हाथरस गैंगरेप मामला
लखनऊ । हाथरस में दलित लड़की के साथ कथित सामूहिक दुष्कर्म और मौत के मामले में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने बुधवार को मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ से बात की और दोषियों के खिलाफ कठोरतम कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए। मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय ने यह जानकारी दी। उधर, मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने इस मामले में 3 सदस्यीय विशेष जांच दल (एसआईटी) का गठन किया। एसआईटी को 7 दिन में रिपोर्ट पेश करने के आदेश दिए गए हैं। साथ ही मामले की सुनवाई फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट में किए जाने के निर्देश दिए। मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय ने ट्वीट कर जानकारी दी कि हाथरस मामले में प्रधानमंत्री ने मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ से बात की है। ट्वीट में कहा प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने हाथरस की घटना पर वार्ता की है और कहा है कि दोषियों के विरुद्ध कठोरतम कार्रवाई की जाए।

इससे पहले कथित सामूहिक बलात्कार और पीडि़ता की मौत के मामले में मुख्यमंत्री योगी ने उप्र शासन के गृह सचिव भगवान स्वरूप की अध्यक्षता में तीन सदस्यीय विशेष जांच दल के गठन के आदेश दिए। एसआईटी अपनी रिपोर्ट 7 दिन में पेश करेगी। मुख्यमंत्री ने इस मामले में आरोपियों के खिलाफ फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट में मुकदमा चलाने के निर्देश दिये हैं। मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय ने ट्वीट कर कहा, मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ द्वारा हाथरस की घटना की जांच हेतु 3 सदस्यीय एसआईटी गठित की गई है, जिसके अध्यक्ष सचिव गृह भगवान स्वरूप एवं चंद्रप्रकाश, पुलिस उप महानिरीक्षक व पूनम, सेनानायक पीएसी आगरा सदस्य होंगे । एसआईटी अपनी रिपोर्ट सात दिन में पेश करेगी।

हाथरस जिले में गत 14 सितम्बर को कथित रूप से सामूहिक बलात्कार और गला दबाये जाने की घटना की शिकार हुई 19 वर्षीय दलित लड़की ने मंगलवार सुबह दिल्ली के सफदरजंग अस्पताल में दम तोड़ दिया था। गौरतलब है कि गत 14 सितंबर को प्रदेश के हाथरस जिले के चंदपा थाना क्षेत्र स्थित एक गांव में 19 साल की एक दलित लड़की के साथ कथित तौर पर सामूहिक दुष्कर्म की वारदात हुई थी। पुलिस ने इस मामले में चार आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया है। पुलिस अधीक्षक विक्रांतवीर के मुताबिक लड़की ने अपने साथ बलात्कार की वारदात के बारे में पुलिस को पहले कुछ नहीं बताया था मगर बाद में मजिस्ट्रेट को दिए गए बयान में उसने आरोप लगाया कि संदीप, रामू, लव कुश और रवि नामक युवकों ने उसे अपनी हवस का शिकार बनाया था। विरोध करने पर जान से मारने की कोशिश करते हुए उसका गला दबाया था। चारों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया जा चुका है।
