नईदिल्ली । राजधानी दिल्ली पर बाढ़ का खतरा मंडरा रहा है। दिल्ली में यमुना नदी खतरे के निशान से एक मीटर ऊपर बह रही है। हरियाणा के हथिनीकुंड बैराज से पानी छोड़े जाने के बाद दिल्ली में यमुना का जलस्तर खतरे के निशान को पार कर गया है। यमुना का जलस्तर बुधवार सुबह 5 बजे 206.60 मीटर रिकॉर्ड किया गया। यमुना की लहरों ने 40 साल बाद दिल्ली के लोगों को दहशत में डाल दिया है।
यमुना नदी में लगातार उठ रही तेज लहरों के कारण निचले इलाके पानी से भर गए हैं। अनुमान है कि बुधवार दोपहर 1 से लेकर शाम पांच बजे के बीच में यह 207.08 मीटर तक पहुंच सकता है। खतरे का निशान 205.33 मीटर है। अगले 24 घंटे तक यमुना उफान पर रहेगी। यमुना खादर से अब तक 23 हजार लोगों को निकालकर अस्थायी टेंट में भेजा गया है। दिल्ली सरकार के राहत व बचाव दल स्थिति पर नजर रखे हुए हैं।
एहतियात के तौर पर मंगलवार दोपहर तक नदी के किनारे निचले इलाकों में रहने वाले क्षेत्रों को खाली कर 14 हजार लोगों को सुरक्षित स्थानों पर पहुंचाया गया है। मंगलवार दोपहर तक यमुना बाजार और मजनूं का टीला तक पानी पहुंच गया था। आईएसबीटी कश्मीरी गेट के पास के तिब्बती मार्केट को एहतियातन बंद करा दिया गया। रिंग रोड तक पानी पहुंचने से रोकने के लिए मिट्टी भरे कट्टे लगाए गए हैं। वहीं, पूर्वी दिल्ली में यमुना का पानी अभी बस्तियों तक नहीं पहुंचा है, लेकिन जलस्तर बढऩे पर कॉलोनियों में पानी घुसना तय माना जा रहा है।
अधिकारियों के मुताबिक, बुधवार दोपहर एक से 5 बजे के बीच जलस्तर 207.08 मीटर तक पहुंचने की आशंका है। दिल्ली सरकार के राजस्व मंत्री कैलाश गहलोत ने बताया कि अभी हालात नियंत्रण में हैं। दिल्ली में किसी तरह का जान-माल का नुकसान नहीं हुआ है।
लोहे के पुराने पुल से ट्रेनों की आवाजाही बंद
यमुना में उफान को देखते हुए रेलवे ने लोहे के पुराने पुल पर मंगलवार को ट्रेनों की आवाजाही को बंद कर दिया। अब इस रूट से चलने वाली ट्रेनें नई दिल्ली स्टेशन से चलेंगी। बुधवार को इसका ज्यादा देखने को मिलेगा। ज्यादातर ट्रेन सुबह पुरानी दिल्ली स्टेशन पहुंचती हैं और इसी स्टेशन से अन्य रूट पर जाती हैं।
