शिमला । हिमाचल प्रदेश में भारी बारिश के बाद हुई दुर्घटनाओं में कम से कम 8 लोगों की जान चली गई. पुलिस ने बताया कि आरटीओ कार्यालय के पास हुए भूस्खलन में 3 लोगों की मौत हो गई. एक अन्य व्यक्ति के अब भी मलबे के नीचे फंसे होंने की खबर है. राज्य के तमाम हिस्सों में हुई लैंड स्लाइड्स और फ्लैश फ्लड के कारण 323 रास्तों और राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 5 पर वाहनों की आवाजाही बंद हो गई है। पुलिस के मुताबिक एक अन्य घटना में भारी बारिश के कारण रविवार तड़के दीवार गिरने से एक मजदूर की मौत हो गई. हादसे में छह अन्य लोग भी घायल हुए हैं.
पुलिस ने बताया कि मृतक की पहचान शाह आलम के तौर पर हुई है जो बिहार के किशनगंज जिले का रहने वाला था. शिमला के रोहड़ू सब डिवीजन में हटकोटी केंची के पास राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर भूस्खलन में एक व्यक्ति की मौत हो गई. कई जिलों में बाढ़ के कारण गांवों का संपर्क कट गया है।
वहीं, कुल्लू में एक व्यक्ति सजवार नाले में बह गया. मृतक की पहचान चुन्नी लाल के तौर पर हुई है. चंबा जिले में भारी बारिश के कारण एक घर ढहने से दो लोगों की मलबे में दबने से मौत हो गई. हादसा लोना ग्राम पंचायत में देर रात करीब साढ़े तीन बजे हुआ. उसी गांव में एक घर ढहने से 70 वर्षीय व्यक्ति और 7 वर्षीय बच्चे की मौत हो गई.
वहीं, शिमला जिले के नारकंड इलाके में एक घर पर पेड़ गिरने से दो नेपाली नागरिकों की जान चली गई और तीन अन्य घायल हुए हैं. इस बीच, पंडोह और नाथपा बांध से पानी छोड़ दिया गया है. ब्यास और सतलज नदियों में शनिवार को जल स्तर बहुत अधिक था जिस कारण यह कदम उठाया गया है. अधिकारी ने बताया कि लोगों से नदियों, छोटी नदियों और धाराओं से दूर रहने को कहा गया है.
