मुंबई । सरकारी स्वामित्व वाली ऑइल कंपनी, इंडियन ऑइल कॉर्पोरेशन (आईओसी) ने अगले 3 साल में अपने रिटेल नेटवर्क को लगभग दोगुना करने का लक्ष्य रखा है। कंपनी के पास अभी 27,000 रिटेल आउटलेट्स हैं, जिसे वह अगले 3 सालों में बढ़ाकर 52,000 करना चाहती है। ऑइल सेग्मेंट में प्राइवेट सेक्टर की एंट्री के बावजूद देश की सबसे बड़ी फ्यूल रिटेलर आईओसी के पास 44त्न मार्केट शेयर है। कंपनी के चेयरमैन संजीव सिंह ने बताया, ‘आईओसी रिटेल सेग्मेंट में निवेश कर रही है। कुछ साल में 50,000 से ज्यादा नए फ्यूल स्टेशंस और एलपीजी डिस्ट्रीब्यूशनशिप के साथ, ग्लोबल स्टैंडर्ड्स के लिए बेंचमार्किंग और नॉन-फ्यूल बिजनेस से अतिरिक्त कमाई ऐसे आइडिया हैं, जिन पर ऑइल मार्केटिंग कंपनियां विचार कर सकती हैं। कंपनी के एग्जिक्यूटिव ने बताया कि अगले तीनों सरकारी ऑइल मार्केटिंग कंपनियां तीन साल में मिलकर देश में 50,000 से ज्यादा रिटेल आउटलेट्स खोल सकती हैं। इनमें 25,000 आउटलेट्स अकेले आईओसी खोलेगी, जबकि बाकी के आउटलेट्स बीपीसीएल और एचपीसीएल खोलेंगी। इससे सरकारी कंपनियों को मार्केट शेयर बनाए रखने में मदद मिलेगी। सिंह ने बताया, ‘कंपनी का लक्ष्य 2030 के अंत तक रिफाइनरी कैपेसिटी को दोगुना कर 14 करोड़ टन सालाना करने का है। इसी के मुताबिक चेन्नई पेट्रोलियम कॉर्पोरेशन में ब्राउनफील्ड का विस्तार किया जाएगा। कंपनी तमिलनाडु की रिफाइनरी की क्षमता को भी बढ़ाकर 90 लाख टन सालाना करने की तैयारी कर रही है। आईओसी अपनी रिफाइनरी को चलाने के ईरान से काफी क्रूड ऑइल खरीदती है। फिलहाल कंपनी ईरान से क्रूड खरीदने को लेकर भारत सरकार के फैसले का इंतजार कर रही है। अमेरिका ने भारत और चीन समेत सभी देशों को 4 नवंबर तक ईरान से ऑयल इंपोर्ट बंद करने या प्रतिबंध झेलने के लिए तैयार रहने को कहा है। सिंह ने कहा, ‘ईरान से तेल खरीदना हमारे लिए फायदेमंद है। सरकार इस बारे में जो भी फैसला लेती है, हमें उससे कोई दिक्कत नहीं होगी। हमारे पास दूसरे विकल्प मौजूद हैं और दूसरे देशों से भी क्रूड सप्लाई के लिए हम तैयार हैं।Ó आईओसी गैस मार्केटिंग पर भी फोकस बढ़ा रही है। कंपनी ने इसके लिए इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर में निवेश करने का फैसला किया है। सिंह ने बताया, ‘सिटी गैस डिस्ट्रिब्यूशन से जुड़े इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर के लिए 20,000 करोड़ के निवेश की योजना है।
