देहरादून (सू0वि0 ) । मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि केंद्र और राज्य सरकार द्वारा उत्तराखण्ड को “जैविक राज्य“ के रूप में पहचान दिलाने के लिए प्रभावी पहल की जा रही है। मुख्यमंत्री ने सोमवार को मालसी, देहरादून स्थित एक होटल में उत्तराखण्ड जैविक उत्पाद परिषद द्वारा आयोजित कार्यशाला में प्रतिभाग किया। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश को जैविक कृषि के क्षेत्र में अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पहचान दिलाने के लिए “इंटरनेशनल फेडरेशन ऑफ ऑर्गेनिक एग्रीकल्चर मूवमेंट“ (प्थ्व्।ड) जैसी अंतर्राष्ट्रीय संस्था के सहयोग से “आर्गेनिक कार्यशाला“ का आयोजन निश्चित रूप से समृद्ध उत्तराखण्ड निर्माण की संकल्पना को सार्थक करने का एक उत्कृष्ट माध्यम बनेगा। केंद्र और राज्य सरकार द्वारा उत्तराखण्ड को “जैविक राज्य“ के रूप में पहचान दिलाने के लिए प्रभावी पहल की जा रही है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में आज भारत का किसान वर्ग तेजी से प्रगति कर रहा है। केंद्र सरकार अनेक लाभकारी योजनाओं से देश के किसानों को समृद्ध बनाने का काम कर रही है। प्रदेश में जैविक कृषि के साथसाथ प्रधानमंत्री मोदी की महत्वाकांक्षी योजना “प्राकृतिक कृषि“ को भी वृहद स्तर पर संचालित करने की योजना पर कार्य किया जा रहा है। जिसमें प्रथम चरण में इसी वर्ष से 6400 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में “प्राकृतिक कृषि“ की कार्ययोजना को स्वीकृत किया जा चुका है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार भी उत्तराखंड के सर्वांगीण विकास के साथसाथ किसानों के विकास के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। इसी का परिणाम है कि पिछले वर्षों में प्रदेश ने जैविक कृषि के क्षेत्र में नई ऊंचाइयों को छुआ है। उत्तराखण्ड के 34 प्रतिशत भाग में जैविक कृषि की जा रही है, इसे बढ़ाने के लगातार प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं। राज्य सरकार प्रदेश के समस्त 11 पर्वतीय जनपदों को पूर्ण जैविक जनपदों में परिवर्तित करने के लिए भी प्रयासरत है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमने 2025 तक उत्तराखण्ड को हर क्षेत्र में देश के अग्रणी राज्यों की श्रेणी में लाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। प्रदेश के किसानों को आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बनाने के लगातार प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं। कृषि मंत्री श्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड में जैविक खेती को तेजी से बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से इस कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। विषय विशेषज्ञों द्वारा फील्ड भ्रमण कर राज्य में हो रहे जैविक खेती के तरीकों का जायजा लिया जायेगा। जैविक खेती को बढ़ावा देने के लिए और क्या प्रयास हो सकते हैं, इसके बारे में भी कार्यशाला में व्यापक स्तर पर चर्चा होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में जैविक खेती के प्रति लोगों का रूझान बढ़ रहा है। कृषि मंत्री ने कहा कि उन्होंने अपने यूरोप भ्रमण के दौरान जैविक खेती के तौर तरीकों को देखा। राज्य में इसे तेजी से बढ़ावा देने के लिए प्थ्व्।ड के साथ एमओयू किया गया है। इस अवसर पर सचिव कृषि बी.वी.आर.सी पुरुषोत्तम, निदेशक राष्ट्रीय जैविक एवं प्राकृतिक खेती डॉ. गगन शर्मा, प्थ्व्।ड के अध्यक्ष गबौर फिगैक्सकी, सीनियर मैनेजर पैट्रीसिया फ्लोरेस, कृषि निदेशक गौरी शंकर एवं कृषि विभाग के अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
