रायपुर (जनसम्पर्क विभाग)। नगरीय प्रशासन एवं विकास मंत्री डॉ. शिवकुमार डहरिया ने कहा है कि छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार द्वारा राज्य के सभी नगरीय एवं ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों को आमजनों के लिए सर्वसुविधायुक्त बनाया जा रहा है।
इन क्षेत्रों में बुनियादी आवश्यकता के कार्य प्राथमिकता के साथ पूरे किए जा रहे हैं। आवागमन की सुविधा के लिए सड़क, शिक्षा व्यवस्था के लिए स्कूल, स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को बेहतर बनाने के लिए अस्पताल, शुद्ध पेयजल के लिए टेप नल सहित सभी मूलभूत सुविधाओं के कार्य किए जा रहे है। डॉ. डहरिया ने रायपुर जिले के नगर पालिका आरंग में आयोजित लोकार्पण एवं भूमिपूजन कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए यह बाते कही।डॉ. डहरिया ने नगर पालिका आरंग क्षेत्र के करीब 28 करोड़ रूपए की लागत के विभिन्न विकास कार्यों का लोकार्पण एवं भूमिपूजन किया। इनमें 6 करोड़ 43 लाख 11 हजार रूपए की लागत के विकास कार्यों का लोकार्पण और 21 करोड़ 64 लाख 12 हजार रूपए की लागत के विकास कार्यों का भूमिपूजन शामिल है। लोकार्पित कार्यों में सामुदायिक भवन, सी.सी.रोड, नाली, शाला भवन, बाउण्ड्रीवाल सहित अन्य निर्माण कार्य शामिल हैं। इसी प्रकार बस स्टैण्ड, खेल मैदान, शौचालय निर्माण, सी.सी.रोड, सांस्कृतिक भवन, नाली निर्माण सहित अन्य विकास कार्यों का भूमिपूजन किया गया। नगरीय प्रशासन एवं विकास मंत्री ने आगे कहा कि आम लोगों की सुविधा के लिए सभी मूलभूत कार्य प्राथमिकता के साथ पूर्ण कराएं जा रहे हैं। 
आम लोगों की सुविधा को ध्यान में रखते हुए सुव्यवस्थित बाजार भी बनाया जा रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि स्कूल में अध्ययन-अध्यापन के लिए अनुकूल वातावरण देने के लिए आरंग में करीब ढाई करोड़ की लागत से सर्व सुविधायुक्त नया बुनियादी शाला भवन बनाया गया है। डॉ. डहरिया ने बताया कि इस नव निर्मित स्कूल में 16 कमरे, लायब्रेरी हॉल, साईंस लैब, अहातायुक्त सुरक्षित कैम्पस और शुद्ध पेयजल की सुविधा उपलब्ध करायी जा रही है। सर्वसुविधा युक्त स्कूल भवन मिल जाने से छात्र-छात्राओं में हर्ष व्याप्त है। उन्होंने बताया कि बैहार में करीब तीन करोड़ रुपए की लागत से नवीन स्वामी आत्मानंद स्कूल भवन बनाया जा रहा है। शुद्ध पेयजलापूर्ति के लिए पाइप लाइन विस्तार कार्य किया जा रहा है। पर्यावरण संरक्षण एवं सौंदर्यीकरण के लिए सड़क किनारे वृक्षारोपण किया जा रहा है। कार्यक्रम में नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष चन्द्रशेखर चंद्राकर, कोमल साहू, विभिन्न समाज के पदाधिकारी, नगरीय निकाय के पार्षद, जनप्रतिनिधि एवं बड़ी संख्या में नागरिक उपस्थित थे।
