रायपुर (जनसंपर्क विभाग)। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल आज शाम राजधानी रायपुर के रायपुरा स्थित माँ परमेश्वरी भवन में आयोजित छत्तीसगढ़ स्तरीय देवांगन युवक-युवती परिचय सम्मेलन में शामिल हुए। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने देवांगन समाज के छात्रावास, मीटिंग हॉल और मैरिज हॉल निर्माण के लिए के लिए 25 लाख रुपए की राशि देने की घोषणा की। श्री बघेल ने कहा कि समाज को राजधानी रायपुर के गुढ़ियारी में सामाजिक भवन बनाने के लिए 1 एकड़ का भूखंड भी जल्द उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत देवांगन समाज की आराध्य देवी मां परमेश्वरी के विधिवत पूजा-अर्चना करके की।
मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने देवांगन समाज के युवक-युवती परिचय सम्मेलन के आयोजन पर सभी आयोजकों सहित समाज के सदस्यों को बधाई देते हुए कहा कि पहले समाज के वरिष्ठ जन मेला-मड़ई आदि सामाजिक आयोजनों में युवक-युवतियों को देखकर उनके रिश्ते तय किया करते थे। परंतु आज के बदले हुए युग में जहां लोग नौकरी और रोजगार के लिए दूरस्थ स्थानों पर रहते हैं, जिस वजह से समाज के लोगों के बीच संपर्क नहीं हो पाता। ऐसे में शादी ब्याह के संबंध जोड़ने के लिए ऐसे युवक-युवती सम्मेलन बहुत सहायक सिद्ध हो रहे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने इस अवसर पर देवांगन समाज के युवक-युवती परिचय सम्मेलन पुस्तिका का विमोचन किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि देवांगन समाज एक सम्मानित और व्यवसायिक समाज है जो कि कपड़े बनाने और बुनकर कार्य करते हैं। अन्य समाजों द्वारा भी देवांगन समाज को महाजन कहकर बुलाया जाता है, यह पदवी को समाज के पुरखों ने अपनी मेहनत और कार्य से हासिल किया है। छत्तीसगढ़ी पहनावा और परिधान उपलब्ध कराने में देवांगन समाज की प्रमुख भूमिका है। यह समाज लगातार कोसा और कपड़ा बनाने के साथ-साथ खेती का कार्य भी कर रहा है। हमारी सरकार द्वारा लगातार छत्तीसगढ़ की उन्नति के लिए कार्य किया जा रहा है। सरकार बनते ही किसानों की ऋण माफी का निर्णय लिया गया, समर्थन मूल्य में धान की खरीदी के साथ-साथ राजीव गांधी किसान न्याय योजना में इनपुट सब्सिडी दी जा रही है, इस वजह से किसानों की आय में लगातार वृद्धि हुई है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उनकी सरकार द्वारा खेती-किसानी को लगातार प्रोत्साहन देने के फलस्वरूप किसानों की संख्या बढ़ी है। साथ ही साथ कृषि के रकबे में भी वृद्धि हुई है। पहले जहां प्रदेश में 17 लाख किसान रजिस्टर्ड थे और 22 लाख हेक्टेयर में खेती होती थी, वहीं आज साढ़े 22 लाख किसानों पंजीकृत हैं और 28 लाख हेक्टेयर से अधिक रकबे में खेती हो रही है। इसका मतलब यह है छत्तीसगढ़ में खेती अब लाभदायक बन चुकी है। वे किसान जो की खेती छोड़ चुके थे अब फिर से कृषि कार्य पर लौट रहे हैं और शहर में रहने वाले भी वापस गांव का रुख कर रहे हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि किसानों के जेब में पैसा जाने से बाजार में रौनक है, जिसका लाभ देवांगन समाज के व्यवसायियों को भी मिल रहा है। पहले जहां दिवाली जैसे त्यौहार में किसान कर्ज लेकर कपड़े आदि खरीदते थे वही अब वे नगद क्रय कर रहे हैं और ब्रांडेड कपड़े पहन रहे हैं। छत्तीसगढ़ में रहन-सहन के स्तर में सुधार हुआ है। आर्थिक संपन्नता का जो सपना हमारे पुरखों ने देखा था वह अब साकार हो रहा है। पिछले 3 सालों में कोरोना के बावजूद हमने जीवन रक्षा के साथ साथ लोगों के शिक्षा स्वास्थ्य और आर्थिक उन्नति की चिंता की। स्वामी आत्मानंद अंग्रेजी माध्यम विद्यालय में ग्रामीण परिवेश के और मध्यम तथा निम्न वर्ग के परिवारों के बच्चे अंग्रेजी में शिक्षा हासिल कर रहे हैं आने वाले समय में इसका लाभ जरूर मिलेगा।
मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने कहा कि मदिरापान एक सामाजिक बुराई है, जिसे समाज में जागरूकता लाकर ही दूर किया जा सकता है। उन्होंने समाज से इस सामाजिक बुराई को खत्म करने के लिए वातावरण बनाने की अपील की। सम्मेलन में कुमारी दक्षिता देवांगन और श्री मनहरण देवांगन ने मुख्यमंत्री को उनका रेखाचित्र, स्केच वॉल पेंटिंग भेंट की। कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री ने समाज में उल्लेखनीय योगदान देने वाले देवांगन समाज के लोगों को सम्मानित किया।
इस अवसर पर संसदीय सचिव श्री विकास उपाध्याय, विधायक श्री रामकुमार यादव, छत्तीसगढ़ खनिज विकास निगम के अध्यक्ष श्री गिरीश देवांगन, नागरिक आपूर्ति निगम के अध्यक्ष श्री रामगोपाल अग्रवाल, महापौर धमतरी श्री विजय देवांगन, पूर्व विधायक श्री मोतीलाल देवांगन, देवांगन समाज के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष प्रदीप देवांगन, रायपुर जिला देवांगन समाज के अध्यक्ष ईश्वर लाल देवांगन, श्री दिलीप सारंगी सहित देवांगन समाज के महिला प्रकोष्ठ, युवा प्रकोष्ठ, समाज प्रमुख व अनेक पदाधिकारी सामाजिक बंधु उपस्थित थे।
