कोरबा । छत्तीसगढ़ के कोरबा में एक जज की दरियादिली का अनोखा मामला सामने आया है। जहां जिला सत्र न्यायाधीश खुद चलकर एक दिव्यांग फरियादी के पास पहुंचे। इतना ही नहीं बीच सड़क पर ही उन्होंने फैसला भी सुना दिया। फैसले में उन्होंने कंपनी को 20 लाख रुपये की मुआवजा राशि देने का आदेश दिया। दरअसल एक सड़क दुर्घटना में तीन साल पहले दिव्यांग हुए युवक ने बीमा कंपनी के खिलाफ अर्जी लगाई थी। बीते 11 सितंबर को कोरबा में लगाई गई लोक अदालत में युवक के मामले की सुनवाई थी। सुनवाई के लिए पहुंचा दिव्यांग युवक चलने में सक्षम नहीं था। बता दें कि कोरबा के जिला सत्र न्यायाधीश बीपी वर्मा को दिव्यांग युवक के संबंध में जानकारी मिली कि वह चलने से लाचार है तो वे खुद उसकी कार के पास पहुंच गए। इसके अलावा युवक के केस से संबंधित दस्तावेज व मामले से जुड़े पक्ष को कार के पास ही बुलाया गया। वहीं सुनवाई के बाद फरियादी दिव्यांग युवक और बीमा कंपनी के बीच सुलह कराया गया। राजीनामा के बाद युवक को बीस लाख रुपये की मुआवजा राशि देने का फैसला कोर्ट ने सुनाया।
